& I'm not sure, but I remember GGS saying that she was mad that Ron had let Misty come back. This makes me think that Misty was there, during her visit-either already, or showed up during. But I do believe that GG'S visit was earlier than reported-because, & I can't remember what was said, but I have the impression that she talked to Ron. Maybe Misty was dropped off before Haleigh got out of school, & left from there, to pick her up.

Do we know if Misty spent the that Monday at the hospital with her father and if so wasn't Hank Sr in a hospital in a different county other than Putnam? Also, which day was it that Ron was driving like a lunatic and almost hit Jerry Santos at the bus stop while he was supposibly taking Haleigh to school? In the interview with Santos I thought he mentioned that RC stated that he was in a hurry because Haleigh had gone missing and then retracted that and said that Haleigh has spilt something on her clothes. That happened before Haleigh turned up missing but that comment of RC's struck me as odd. I believe Santos told that on the interview with AH. I'll have to check that one out.

Okay, this is one scenario that keeps running through my mind.

Misty was asleep on the couch, rc came home and woke her up; told her Haleigh was gone; Pointed to the kitchen light and the open door and told her to call 911 and tell them what she saw on her way to the bathroom.

....don't ask, just a thought that keeps running in my head.

You are absolutely correct about what Santos said to AH.

.............I wonder when Haleigh spilled juice on her shirt? before or after the trip to GMA's.? It almost had to be after because they were coming from Tyler to pass the bus stop, I suppose. So did they make a trip back to Green Lane all before 8:00am? That would mean they left at 7:00am or so. I am not buying that story at all about getting Haleigh clothes at GMAs that monday morning. I think they got Haleigh, not just her clothes. Looks like they were running very late because now we just learned Haleigh was late for school according to Lindsey. This was not marked on the Attnendance Record either. I wish a teacher would come out and tell us about that day..but NOPE, it isn't gonna happen.

Haleigh only had one clean outfit left to wear and maybe she spilled something on it or whatever. GGS calls RC and tells him she needs a clean outfit for Haleigh and the mad dash to Waleka with clothes happens. From there, RC takes her to school-no sense in making GGS do it when he has a car. We really have no idea if Misty was along or not since we can't hear any evidence from the teacher, etc. I do think that she was at the MH after Haleigh got out of school though, since apparently the AC guy saw her--of course we haven't officially heard that either but the timeline has been from 7 pm on since quite early in the case.

i have wondered about JR many times, and why with all the noise during the 911 call with Ron yelling, slamming things around, not a peep from JR. I personally don't think JR was there during the 911 call. As a mother, i know my son would have woken up, he wakes when someone flushes a toilet.

Perhaps not. In my own experience with my own boys, they sleep like the dead. I mean OUT. I think it is because little boys in particular go so hard all day, full out, that once they crash out they literally CRASH OUT.

Or, with all the bouncing around from house to house, caretaker to caretaker, it is probable that he did not have a regular sleep schedule or routine, particularly when the adults around you are drug users. Hardcore druggies' children usually are up at all hours of the night and allowed to go to bed as late as they want often because then said druggies have better odds of sleeping in when they are coming down from the drugs.

As with all my posts, I could very well be off base, but food for though.

I agree, I don't think JR was at the MH that night. However, if he was there perhaps when he heard RC yelling and slamming things around he was too afraid to even open his eyes. I'm sure this has happened many times.

Could be, i am just wondering though, IF JR was with Misty and Ron all day while HaLeigh was in school, Misty admitted she and Ron were sleeping till about noon that Monday, (i think it is in the LVA) then she goes on to say that JR was asleep when Ron (or whoever, still don't know) picked HaLeigh up at the bus stop. The excuse that JR was alseep and Misty stayed at the MH while Ron picked up HaLeigh. I guess what i am saying is that to me, it seems JR slept all day. IMO, i think it would be hard for him to sleep at night, if he was sleeping all day long.

But then again, this all came from Misty and Ron, so who knows if JR was even at the MH when HaLeigh got out of school, he could have been with GGM. JMO

That's thought provoking. In the beginning of this case, wasn't it said somewhere that RC and MC had an argument around 8:30pm and MC was complaining that Haleigh wouldn't go to to sleep? I seem to remember something about RC telling MC to beat her bu$$ or something? Maybe MC chose medication instead. When she realized Haleigh had wet the bed, that's when she may have also realized she wasn't breathing anymore and hence the coverup began.

iirc, there was an employee that stated they worked with Ron (but didn't specify the date, so this could have happened weeks prior to HaLeigh gone missing) and Ron was getting phone calls from Misty that she couldn't get HaLeigh to bed. Ron told her to spank (or whop her a$$) HaLeigh, and that she has to learn to go to bed when its time (not exact quoting but along the same lines)

I'm glad you did. I heard Misty say Timmy was there when I listened to the tapes but it was buried beneath the chaos. Did Misty say what time the 3 Musketeers visited the MH or did she just see 3? LOL. Were they there when Ron was at werk? I suppose Misty didn't call the Police to report the gun stolen because she wouldn't want to get her relatives in trouble and that leads me to believe if she committed a crime against HaLeigh, they wouldn't tell her to notify the Police and do the right thing either, especially when you look at Lisa and Hank’s lifestyle. It is no coincidence that Hank Sr and Lisa weren't around that evening to guide their gangsters, oops, I mean youngsters. IMO, Misty keeps spinning the story about the gun and everything else to hide the real reason they were there, to help dispose of HaLeigh. Imagine if Misty didn't talk about all this crap. It would certainly make the abduction theory seem plausible. Were Timmy or Chelsea employed in Feb 09? I listened to Misty's call to LE when her purse was stolen from the Ragsdae Apt Complex and there is a huge difference in her tone. That was real whereas in comparison the 911 call she made the night HaLeigh disappeared is fake.

Howdy Bluesky, I have been looking up links all morning trying to nail a time frame on the gun story that Misty told on the LVA. I transcribed the LVA into my notebook and I sure don't want to type it all out here Anyway, she tells about Tommy Joe and Timmy( the brother RC liked) coming over one night to visit with Ronald and Misty and RC was showing off his gun. They had their visit that night and the next day the gun came up missing and Misty went looking for it.

I heard or read an interview with Lyndsy or Chelsea explaining the day that Misty came and found the gun in the culvert. Misty even says in the LVA, I was with my sister-in-law. Either Chelsea or Lyndsy stated that it was a couple weeks before Haleigh went missing, not the day that Haleigh went missing. Now, were they lying? COULD BE, I am just telling you what they said. BUT if we look at all we know about the weeks leading up to Haleigh going missing it makes no sense, in my opinion, that this pow wow with Timmy, Tommy, Joe and RC was the day before Haleigh missing.

Why? Long post bear with me....lol.

According to these peeps, Misty wasn't at the trailer to be present for a visit from Joe and her brothers the day before Haleigh went missing. S Hardy did say that Joe was at the trailer on the afternoon of Monday but would not give details or tell why he was there or who he was with etc..etc..

I am not trying to point out that anything these people have said is the truth, I am just writing what they said. Personally I have a suspicion that Tommy might have come over with the kids on that Monday and maybe Joe was with him, I think these two might have been wondering how they could get the gun back after it was found in the culvert and Misty took it back to RC.....I don't know it is all a big ball of string that i keep trying to unwind, I keep running into knots!

If misty was not there on the weekend, then JO HAD to be there on the 9th. I wonder what time he was there on the 9th. Did rc and him get into it? Was JO there to protect misty from rc. I hear that misty had a habit of always calling family everytime she had a fight with rc and wanted to leave (which was often). She may have told them he would use a gun on her and JO/and or Tommy went over there to stop him from hurting her. There may have been a fight/argument with rc about misty and his behavior. Heck, they could have taken misty out of the MH at that time for all we know.

Misty is a whiner and a complainer, I have no doubt that she always plays the victim and wants her family to rescue her. They may have wanted rc to give them his gun to make sure nothing crazy happens. Ron resisted but one of them got the gun. Chasing down the blue van may be true but who was all in it when rc chased it?

Knowing rc and his personality, if anyone took Haleigh,jr or misty, even in good faith to help them or rescue them, rc would turn into a pit bull. To him, they was property. It is a scary thought.

ITA whisp! I also think that IF Ron really doubted Misty's story and didn't have knowledge of what happened to HaLeigh, Misty wouldn't be sitting in jail, we would be searching for her too, JMO

One more thought...I have to leave for awhile. Nay's hit and run traffic accident was the week before stated...IIRC around mid week on the 29th of March. We are all off by a week with the meeting up with WBG's mother outside her house and WBG's mother showing her the pick of him. Did Nay wait a week to go party? Also Nay said she picked up misty mid-week not Thursday/Friday. Where were those kids all that time. It appears misty was not doing much babysitting for at least two weeks prior not a few days.

This is why LE wants to go back in history to see this babysitting pattern. Something is very amisss here. Haleigh also missed school on the Tues and Thurs early Feb. I have not checked on the end of march week. I think that attendance record needs to be fine tuned. The last day was erased and changed and it was not marked tardy either.

What is even stranger is that tn had to know the babysitting problem with misty was going on. AS was or should have been really complaining about the problem of having to watch them 24/7 and getting Haleigh off to school.

Yet they both praise to heaven the skills and maturity of Misty.

If you recall, AS went over to check on the kids and was not happy with misty at all. She mentioned that she was po'd at rc for taking her back after her running off but it was his house/life, so what could she do?

Yet she told the press early on what a great gal misty was.....hmmm.

Bold by me...I think Misty was fine with babysitting until RC took on the night shift, he had only been working that shift for a few weeks, even though he started in October.

Remember that during the LVA Misty said that Tommy Joe and Timmy came over one night for a visit and that was the night that RC was showing them his gun. This had to have been BEFORE RC took over the night shift hours and after cousin Joe got to Florida to stay the Timmy and Chelsea.
