Theories On What Happened to Caylee Part #3

What is odd, though...in the first two weeks, Cindy nor George returned any calls.
Kc did all the "reaching out" (god, now I'm starting to type it, sheesh)

It was after the 30th, that ca and kc started speaking. I found that strange. You would think CA would be burning up the phone lines looking for Caylee. She could have reported the car stolen. She could have said she needed to make a "welfare check", I think the LE would have acomodated her. MO

They obviously were talking because it was reported over and again that Casey was telling her parents that she was working and Caylee with the Nanny. I believe the phone records show all the calls made from Casey's phone. I don't know if phone records of the Anthony's cell phones were taken..or their landline phone to show all the calls THEY made to Casey.

I'm late to the party but 800 posts is a bit much to go through so I'm sorry if this has already been covered.

If she was panicked and calling her parents for help and got no answer, why did she leave the house before CA got home? No, she was on her cell phone, chatting away as she drove from the house. Four hours later, she is shacked up with TonE. He noticed NOTHING unusual about her behavior.

I guess the panic was over, for good.

NOTHING panics KC.

Bolding by me.

What panics KC is hearing that the police just found her daughters body. She was so sure that the body would never be found. Why?

It bothers me a lot that the area where the body was found had been searched by cadaver dogs and volunteers and they never found anything.

I'm pretty sure that the body was moved after initial burial or dumping. Somebody is involved in this besides her. At the time of the death or after who knows.

My gut reaction is LA and I would like to find a transcript of the famous talking in code visit.

I've a feeling that "talking code transcript" is exactly what is the purpose behind the upcoming "tampering and obstructing a criminal investigation". By the way, not sure what the Friends on Acid pic has to do with Casey's case? Are you saying you think a number of her friends are in on this? I personally think she did it solo...and someone mentioned a drain pipe near where Caylee was found and water. Makes me wonder if she shoved the bag of her remains in the drainpipe and the water flushed it out.

Seemed stuck to me.

At end of p31 and p32, the number for the next page was shown but when selected it just went to the top of the penultimate page. Even typing the last number in the URL did not work it just went to the penultimate number.

It's my sig line and picture. The picture is for a program called "It's always sunny in Philadelphia" Since the promotional picture is a spoof on friends I made the tag line "It's like friends on acid" Meaning that is how the show comes across.

I had the same problem this morning.

i hope this the right place to post this...sorry i am fairly new. i have a theory about when george went to pick up the car. the odor hit him and the impound lot worker, they found a bad with maggots and trash and threw it over the fence, thinking that was the cause of the odor. george then took the car to the remote location, a couple of blocks away, to search the car, further, for the source of the odor. he then found the body of his beloved baby girl, and disposed of her in the woods.
i don't know how the small car is built, but most have a small compartment for the spare tires or storage and tools. the lid lifts up, and folds down flat. by that time the body of sweet baby caylee could very easily fit into an area like that. (maybe someone knows how the cars are constructed.)
he then took the car home and cleaned it thoroughly, never telling cindy about the discovery. george could easily be the tipster to the pi's past that point.
don't be too hard on me, just my theory, and late night thoughts

it might explain why george yelled out, "the body in the back of my daughter's car is not my granddaughter" that night so long ago

You know, I never thought about that. Could that be why KC said "I don't know where she's at." Maybe she didn't know. She was probably thinking "h*ll I left her in the trunk, if you didn't find her in there, then I don't know where she's at." LOL

Interesting theory.
GA would have to be one hell of an actor thru all that followed.
He would have to have nerves of steel to do the dumping, rush home, deal with Cindy, go to work etc
Also the body would have been in the trunk far longer than the 2.6 days shown in lab tests.

this post couldn't possibly be more OT and for that i apologize unequivocally .... but i gotta ask - why does everyone here call him TonE instead of just Tony?
it's been bugging me for months.
btw DotsEyes, psychopaths rarely, if ever in some cases, experience fear/panic/anxiety... i know sociopaths are slightly different but whether that's one of the differences or not i don't know.

Or... she could have fullblown NPD or pathological narcissism (malignant self-love). JMO

Devon said:
In one of the jail visits with CA/GA she also says something like 'when we get Caylee back, I'm going to be an over-protective mom, I'm never going to let her out of my sight'. I thought that was an interesting comment. Of course, she may have been saying it in relation to the kidnapping story, but it's also possible that it had a different, more pertinent meaning.

N/k... ITA. KC came as close as she could to telling the truth in interviews w both LE, and LA--in which she states she "knows her mother could never forgive her," that "maybe CA was right all along, that she IS an unfit mother," etc etc etc. GUILT was the decided undertone. JMO

Remember something folks. George had started a new job. Cindy was at work. Both working when those calls were being made. My best thought, again, is that she knew if they didn't answer their cell phones they were still at work. Had they answered...they would have been on their way home. She made the flurry of calls to check the timeline she had to be out of that house. Had she truly panicked and wanted to talk to them, she could have just phoned their workplace knowing they would have answered. JMO.

There was no reason that either CA (who didn't arrive home from work before at least 6pm) or GA (who had left just an hour or two prior) would have been expected home by KC at that time of the afternoon. JMO

Personally, I think you can remove the word "guilt-ridden". I don't see any of her actions following "the day" as any guilt whatsoever.

Disagree. Along w her vows in jailhouse tapes to "be an overprotective mother from now on," and to "never letting Caylee out of her sight," there is underlying guilt revealed in both her conversation w LA at the time she's first confronted (as later relayed to LE by LA), and in her own subsequent interview w LE. Remarks which even to a layperson clearly suggest guilt--see above--as well as shame, and fear of admitting the truth to CA. Maybe pride as well, in that she probably did the exact thing of which her mother had constantly warned and admonished her. Guilt, shame, fear (of CA) and anxiety which, when unable to reach anyone, eventually overtook her causing her to lose her nerve and cover-up... so much in fact, that she would apparently rather serve LWOP or even face the DP--while she would likely have feigned a more believable accidental death if just a malicious sociopath. JMO

I think it's clear--even as late as October and November (when according to TM, TES eg was still being forced to periodically postpone searches)--that it is the tropical rains, regional flooding, and standing water in Orlando and Orange County area in the months following Caylee's disappearance which created a slight hinderance for dogs, LE, and other teams looking for remains... I disagree, 100%. Casey has no guilt whatsoever....and I honestly don't think she had any fear either...except of her mom busting her. Getting a tattoo only 3 days after is guilty? Partying the entire time? SHOPPING and walking out of the store swinging her hips cuz of pure raw excitement of spending the night with Tony KNOWING her child was dead and gone? Nope. She has no guilt. She was glad to be rid of the beautiful child that she felt restricted her lifestyle. Not too mention, her crap spewed about "never letting her out of her site" was nothing more than manipulative tactics to tell those listening to hear what they want to hear. Shame? No way on this earth. Not according to all those photo's I've seen. That girl has no shame. What about her myspace pic? Why did she have Caylee UPSIDE DOWN on it? Not right side up? Why did she have a child looking up at a teddy bear in a noose? Why the "everyone lies, everyone dies" stuff? No. She has no shame, no guilt, no remorse. She is plain evil. JMO.
As for fear of her mother....yes. Absolutely. But not in the way you and I would have feared our parents reactions. She feared Cindy because she knew if anyone knew her and could read her like a book and know her for who she really is....was her mom. THAT is why she feared Cindy. Heck, she feared her more than the cops! Fear she would be caught.

I feel the key to this whole tragedy is the topic of the conversation between Casey and Tony L from late 6/15 into 6/16. IMO, her hand was being forced (in her mind) between being a "Mom" to Caylee and the New "Casey Lazarro" which she was doodling about on a piece of paper found in her car. Casey wanted to start a new life with this guy, but there was one problem, Caylee. Tony L made it clear that he didnt want a child hanging around the apt., not because he didnt care about Caylee, but because he did and knew it wasnt a place for her to be. According to the phone records that evening and early morning, its obvious there was some type of "disagreement" going on, and it must have been deep to last all thru the night. IMO, the night of the 15th was the straw the broke Casey's back, when her Mom and her got into it....Casey more than likey wanted out of the house and FAST, and she must have confided in Tony L, but he put the brakes on her coming to his place with Caylee in tow.

The day of the 16th she is beginning to panic, that she is going to be stuck with her Mom and Dad forever w/ a daughter she never wanted in the first place, and will lose the guy she "loves". For a long time I was dead against the idea that the pool played a role in Caylee's death, but now looking back at everything, it seems to be the most simple and logical solution.....just as the place where she dumped Caylee, simple and logical. BUT, I do not think it was an accident. IMO, Casey either set up the ladder to pool on purpose so Caylee would drown, or she was in the pool with Caylee and drowned her herself. When she meets up with Tony L at the Blockbuster the night of the 16th, to me, it looks as if she is wearing a mens athletic jersey, the kind with open sides, and I would venture to guess a bathing suite underneath (dont think she would wear a bra w/ that shirt), and a hat.....like something she just threw on when she made her getaway from the house.

The Choloform searches I feel were just her being curios about why it would be used in dating, after seeing the comic on RM computer. I dont see her going thru the trouble of ordering it online or trying to make it at home, but she may have seen how "cholorine" can be mixed with other chemicals to create it. I feel the levels of chloroform found in the trunk are a combination of cholorine from the pool and other solvents used to try and clean the trunk.
IMO, the duct tape was used after she was already dead to try and stage a kidnapping. Casey came back to the house on 6/18 and I feel this is when she "prepared" Caylee to be disposed of.

Well thats as far as my theory has gone, I really cant pin point when Casey disposed of Caylee but I think it was sometime between 6/18 and 6/24.

Feel free to poke holes, there is always someone who will...I dont mind :-)

Have to say I aqree with most of what you say!

This wasn't Planned........Casey has winged it most of her life & this was just another "reaction" to the circmstances around her. Planning doesn't fit this picture at all!

So, do I. Does anyone know the location that KC ran out of gas on the 20th and TL came and picked her up? In his statement he said that they went back to her house and got the gas cans. I think he also said that she poured the gas in the tank herself. I am just wondering where she ran out.

I believe I read it was only a block or two away from the house...I will see if I can get the exact location.

http://www.acandyrose.com/caylee_anthony_timeline2008July.htm

If you read the timeline for July, slowly, there are some startling revelations here!

Casey says she spoke to Caylee on July 15th??

Chris Stutz thinks he sees her jogging on Chickasaw at 9:30am...he texts her, she says no it wasn't her??

Much Activity on the desktop at 10:15am? Desktop, I believe is at the A home.

Casey always leads from experiences with her "truths" If she was jogging that day, her truth would be that she did speak with Caylee, (when checking of the grave)??

Maybe I need a break from this???:eek::eek:
