Theories On What Happened to Caylee Part #7

It just makes me a little suspicious that Casey couldn't (or she chose not to) use the keys to the shed to get what she needed? Did she not want to use the Anthony shovel so that it wouldn't have evidence on it? Did she not want to simply use the keys to the shed, when she took George's gas cans because she wanted to make it look like someone broke in to it... so it looked like she didn't take them?

RS&BBM: IMO... YES, and YES.

She INTENDED to use the neighbors shovel to take Caylee to the same place they buried pets; she realized it was too difficult to get to and just stopped and settled for leaving her as far off the roadway as she could without a struggle. That is why the shovel had no DNA or dirt and also why it was returned so quickly.

Do we know where the keys to the shed were placed in the Anthony home? I ask this because 1) George states that they had their own shovels in the shed, so why would Casey need to borrow the neighbors shovel? 2) Why did she need to break into the shed for the gas cans?

Did George keeps these keys on him? On his key chain? I know both Cindy and George stated that they kept spare keys in a box in the garage, but I am not sure if that included their keys to the shed?

Lola I think he was just TIRED of Casey's thieving and kept the keys on him. I mean, look at her track record and I'm sure he's missed more gas than we know about.

Channel 13/Orlando today on the shovel issue: http://www.cfnews13.com/article/news/2011/march/221109/Case-against-Casey:-Scoop-about-the-shovel

"Burner said when Casey returned the shovel she wasn't very dirty, and neither was the shovel.

He's not even certain it was used."

Respectfully bolded......

Yeah, it was used, just not for digging, that we opined. But if she used it to levitate, or move the bag(s),body, out of the trunk, a quick dip in the pool and it would be spic and span. No muss no fuss.

The details at trial will tell us more.

Probably someone already mentioned this, since I am new here, but were Caylee's shoes ever found? I don't think they were in the bag with her remains.

No shoes were included in any of the official recovery site documents we've seen.

And by the way, :welcome4:

George called the police about the cans on the 24th, KC came home to get some things on the 24th after George made the report and the confrontation happened, "here's your f'ing cans!" Too bad KC didn't come home a little earlier....like right before the police got there, if that had happened I'm sure this whole thing would have gone down a little different...Cops show up, KC's in her room, George realizes his daughter took the cans, George & LE look in the trunk...what's that smell?!? She came really close to getting Busted that day!

Great answer. Sound very plausible.
So if that's the case, that answers the other question I had in that she did this in BROAD daylight. Gutsy or just stupid. Sociopolitical, narcissistic kind of stupid. Only someone with this personality disorder would be so brazen.

Man, anyone could have driven by on that road and seen her coming out of the woods, or even the kids getting out of school. Worse, someone in her neighborhood recognizing her car being parked in the very spot she dumped Caylee and coming forward. Maybe someone has come forward and said they saw her in that area around that time??? Maybe the DT hasn't disposed them for fear of what will be said. Maybe this will be a witness that will unsuccessfully attempt to get swept under the rug by the DT.

Oh boy- she'd be cooked if that's the case. Who on the witness list sounds like a possible for this scenario? There's a reason the SA changed tunes and sought the DP BEFORE finding Caylee with duct tape on her face.

The SA took the DP off the table only a few days before Caylee's remains were found:

http://www.justnews.com/news/18217463/detail.html

That article is from Dec. 6, 2008. Caylee's remains were (finally) discovered Dec. 11, 2008. The SA reviewed this new evidence and put the DP back on the table in April 2009.

KC apparently disposed of her daughter's body on July 18 or 19, 2008. School would be out at that time of year. That end of Suburban dead-ends into the school grounds (a school that Caylee might have attended one day). There are no houses on either side of the neck of Suburban where Caylee was deposited. KC could have put Caylee there almost any time of day without undue fear of being observed. :(

Where this post lands is random.

I understand the discussion here, but, please steer back on-topic. This thread is for theories. There's a great thread for random Q&A, and/or a forum search will yield entire threads focused on specific topics you may have a question about.

TIA!

Morning Ynot :seeya:

There is some truth in with ICA's lies...when she said it was 31 days since she last saw Caylee, she told detectives that June 16th, 2008 was the last time she saw Caylee alive and that the last person she saw her with was the nanny...we know the nanny is non existant, so it was SHE who last saw Caylee alive and that is the day Caylee's life ended, June 16th...

I believe more towards the end of June, more specifically by June 27, she texts AmyH, that she finally got rid of the smell...she claims it was road kill, something her father must have ran over...yet, she was the only one who had possession of that vehicle, for those 31 days..

She knows her street, that it probably is very desolate, not many cars come down, most work during the day, school in Florida is out by the the end of May, early June...so no students either...she found it perfect and also thought, she committed the perfect crime..but I still feel somehow, that the pool has something to do with Caylee's demise. JMHO

Justice for Caylee

Yeppers, agree 100%, but how many times has she stolen gas that we are NOT aware of? :D Just goes back to show why she didn't have a key to the shed, hence the reason she had to borrow one.

LLL--I made a silly --meant to say she disposed of her JUNE 18/19... I believe in technical terms this is called "pulling a Baez."

More coffee please.

This whole story sounds so silly. I believe this gas can story is directly connected with when GA really found out something was up. Something has always been off about it and I could never put my finger on it. i think that she borrowed the shovel cuz she had a key and she lost it. Do i believe for a second that GA would call the cops if he knew for a fact that it was ICA. nope!! He probably called cuz he believed it was someone else that did it cuz ICA had her own key. hes cya after the fact cuz he found out it WAS ICA. I believe that it was ICA intention, from the beginning, to try and implicate her father. Her animosity towards him is so visible. Why was she crying when he testified during her bond hearing?? manipulation! hes most like me, he gets it, he feels the same guilt i feel. he is gonna get me out of this. when she realized that he was gonna cover himself over her the tears for daddy stopped. I really do believe that GA knew what happened before even CA and that maybe that person that everyone says had to have helped ICA was, in fact, GA. all totally imo!

I wonder...Did they take any of the pool water for examination? Looking for decomp? Would that show up forensically? If she did use the pool to clean the shovel off....

After she borrowed the shovel her car did not leave the garage - neighbor said so. In my opinion whatever she used the shovel for it was at the A's house.

I am conviced GA smelled that smell that day. Convinced.

I am too. I think that's why he wanted to look in her trunk, NOT for the tire things he said he was looking for, nor the gas cans. George was very suspicious of something he whiffed.
