You're probably right, Den. Maybe we were just witnessing a change in the grieving process.

I wish it was.....but it appear more that they were distancing themselves and trying to bolster there story of abuction.......but what they did was put themselves under greater scrutiny by the critics.....who leaves town while your baby is missing

look I've based this theory on 5 months in these threads, most has been verified in one form or another, or reported , and the rest is based on average american behaviour...I think it hold more water than most other theories....IMO

I think it's plausible. Several folks have commented on a change in TN's demeanor shortly after the trip to NY. Maybe, Haleigh took a turn for the worse at that time ? Just an idea ....

I was one of the folks who posted that TN's demeanor was different on the interview in NY. I think that she overheard Ron and Misty "rehearsing" how they were going to answer certain questions and TN realized that Haleigh was not ever coming back and that she was dead. She appeared to me to be in complete shock on the NY interview. Different than she had been before. Before she was grief stricken yes, but during this interview she seemed to be experiencing a deeper, new pain and acted as though she had just learned something ominous. I think she learned the truth about Haleigh.

I was one of the folks who posted that TN's demeanor was different on the interview in NY. I think that she overheard Ron and Misty "rehearsing" how they were going to answer certain questions and TN realized that Haleigh was not ever coming back and that she was dead. She appeared to me to be in complete shock on the NY interview. Different than she had been before. Before she was grief stricken yes, but during this interview she seemed to be experiencing a deeper, new pain and acted as though she had just learned something ominous. I think she learned the truth about Haleigh.

I agree with you. I think that Haleigh died that night and then the situation became a "We have to cover for Ron" situation. Misty knows what really happened and she is covering for Ron. Ron married Misty as reward, if that is the right word, yuck. TN and GGM are praising Misty because Misty is the key to protecting Ron.

Ron may have lied to TN in the beginning, maybe saying that he was hiding Misty from Crystal so that she would not proceed with filing for custody. Then, on the NY trip TN discovered the truth...........

Yeah, I tried to find it too. Wonder how far we would get if we started to work on one? I really miss the Rumor Thread. Now, I constantly post the wrong information in the wrong thread. My mind jumps from one subject to another one very quickly and then back to the first one. I've had to be quick on my feet for twenty plus years and work on several projects simultaneously. It is very difficult to stay on just one topic at the time on this case.

No one has been eliminated or cleared. Who picked up Haleigh at the bus stop? What time did Ron go to work? Did he have an opportunity to hide Haleigh's body? Where? Was Misty home that night? Did she have visitors in the MH that night? How did the door get opened? ???????? See what I mean?

Yep and I'm start to fear we may never know the answers to those details. I'm hanging on to hope that LE will solve it - but as someone pointed out "Time is the enemy of a missing person".

I say the sidetracking about child support, the sex offenders, the druggie friends, the cousin.....nothing ties together,.........we have the last people to see her and have contact with her

1 why only snatch one child and not both
2 it would be simplar just to not return them from visitation day than to sneak in the middle of the night causing harm to someone...

What interview of TN in New York are you referring to? Link?
RC and MC got married Thurs, March 12, correct? They were on the Today show the next morning. Isn't this one of the last times or the last time anyone has seen MC in public? The following Monday March 16 was the NG show that RC and TN were on where he kept calling NG Ms. Nancy. Isn't that the last time they did an interview besides the one on the lawyer website and a brief one on a local news channel?

Yes, I am confused also--I don't remember TN in New York either. I thought I followed this case pretty well, but I just don't recall that part--I need help also.

Are they giving up? The PCSO press release 2009-6-5 said: "The group intends to meet again in 30 days if the case has not yet been solved."

Or does it mean they already had another meeting or that they consider it solved?
