And this is what I have been trying to say!!! Why stand closely by the person who supposedly lost your child....either because you are trying to find out what they did....OR...to make sure you know what they are telling others about what they know.

Welcome, gypsyblue! ITA. With all of the rumors about Misty being out of the house that night,and with all of her story changes, it seems close to impossible that he hasn't had some kind of a meltdown with her. Not his style.

I am completely sure yet on what happened to Haleigh... but I am not sure of anyone surrounding her.... and that is the inner circle. No wonder LE is stumped tight lipped at this time and not clearing a soul. They are marking time in those inner circles I believe...

Hi Peeps, This isn't really a theory, but tonight while reading here I have learned of 2 cases where a small child was abducted from their home by a friend of the family. It is the rarest type of child abduction, but I am thinking more and more this could be what happened to Haleigh.

The one case just happened within the last day in Yreka Ca, where a man supposedly staying at the house of the family with the lilttle girl, drove off with her with the father running after the car.

The other case is one a poster just told us about. I'll go pull both links for you.


Unsettling at best, the only positive thing I can think of is that Haleigh could still be alive if this did happen. If a SO took her he would have disposed of her when finished and IMO she likely would have been found by now.

It is so hard to nail this crime. The cops say they don't know what crime has been committed. That left me agape as for certain she was removed from the home sometime between 7pm when last seen by the grandmother {I think ?} and 3:27am when the 911 call was made, and never returned.

I still have a hard time believing any of the immediate family in this are directly responsible. And maybe it's just me, but neither can I quite envision dad trusting gf w something so big, so early. And while, as I've said, I believe gf could well be indirectly responsible for having left the children alone and/or becoming inebriated, I can't for the life of me picture her in any way involved w disposal of a body or anything along those lines. Call me naive but I just can't see it. I can't even see her arranging for someone else to do such a thing. So whether or not gf bears guilt or responsibility for negligence, I'm convinced she hasn't any direct knowledge of Haleigh's disappearance or whereabouts. JMO

I have wondered if LE approached Ron and/or Misty telling them they would not bring any drug charges against them, in case they want to tell them something. Maybe they're afraid to tell them anything because they're afraid they'd go to prison, lose custody of RJ? Either an accident happened, or they suspect a drug connection of theirs. Or a rival gang? Their myspace pages sure are creepy, low life/style. Yet I can't help but hurt for them during this devastating time of sorrow.

Thank God! three gold miners found her walking down a very remote dirt service road........naked. She had been abandoned and left to fend for herself in our snowy winter weather. The charges against the guy include attempted murder, burglary, sexual assault on a child under 10-12:furious::steamed::furious::rage: And maybe more to come? There is currently a lynch mob forming:clap: We may all get together the bail for him GRRRRRRRRR, enough about that creep:devil:. I believe this happened largely in part due to her parents lifestyle and that is why I get soooooooo furious when I see some of these creeps on myspace, with their childrens pictures there, showing hand signals for gangs, guns on the page in the background, etc. No way to raise a child. I feel like turning them in to whatever child protective service there is there, if nothing else, to be fully investigated for being an unfit parent. They took that little boy away from his parents who named him Hitler, why not?
I pray we are getting closer to Haleigh every day and she will be found soon........SAFE! In Jesus precious name, AMEN. raying:

Hi Shihtzuhappens, I just read the police report and the picture it gave me of Ron was startling, even knowing his arrest history. For him to say things like he did to a policeman show a man who could possibly do anything in a fit of anger IMO. Gopd Bless that little girlie. She had an angel keeping watch over her. I can just feel that in my heart. And now we know she will be safe since Child
Welfare has stepped in. I think she hurt bad and told them exactly what he did to her.

I wish little our big little Haleigh would show up like that, walking down a road. I hope she is at someone's distant relatives house as we speak. xxoxx

I wonder if all of the rail cars in and out of this area have been allocated yet? I am pretty sure they disconnect to go to their origin of designation. In the late ninties they were not very organize online to check but I surely hope they are now after 911. That's rail cars and passenger trains. It's only one of the doubts as to who could have done this horrible act by taking a sweet girl like Haleigh. Prayers for Haleigh.

Yeah? They all just seem like a bunch of young, wanna be punks to me. Rough and tuff yes. Extremly immature. I completely get why Ron, at age 25, is with Misty, age 17. He is mentally and emotionally about the same age as her, AND he can easily control and manipulate her. Now if he was with a woman his own age...... they might have their own opinion or want to register to vote or something. lol. Big trouble for little man.
I totally agree he's a hothead though and could easily backhand or slap, punch, grab hair, twist arms, (literally) pinch, girlfriends and kids. I'd be more surprised to find out he doesn't. I'ma thinking that's maybe why and how DCF, or whatever they're called in Fla., got involved. Schools are required by law to report stuff like that.
One of the last people to see her outside of the family would have been the busdriver. And I think I saw in a post here that one of the neighbors saw the kids that evening?

Too funny! I answer to anything that starts with an SH.:laugh: My real name does too. If I had to choose a city, Portland would be right up there with Vancouver! Gorgeous.
Child welfare got involved because of public outcry here. I wasn't kidding about the lynch mob. lol. They're lining up for a good old fashioned hanging. We have the tree of where the last documented hanging was right here in little Yreka.
Anyway, I can't wait til tomorrow so I can catch up on what Anna Fl., Stormy, Pirate and some of the other local yocals have found out today. (local yocals is meant as a term of endearment) Many thanks to you for keeping it real for the rest of us. God be with you and keep you safe!

Good point! In best case scenarios, solid marriages, if a child is lost on ones watch, the other spouse usually can't handle it and the marriage ends. I can even picture TN telling RC, stay close to MC to see if she slips up and says something. (wondering if Misty played a part, other than sleeping thru all of it)

Neither can I, especially with his attitude and temperment. There is something very wrong with this scenario. I don't like it one bit.

Misty accidently killed Haleigh. Gave the kids medicine/drugs to put them to sleep so she could slip out. Came back (or maybe never left) and Haleigh was dead. Her bed was wet. She called her brother for help. Disposed of Haleigh and staged a break-in. She is afraid of Ron and what he would do if he found out.

I can see a young caregiver with two busy little people wanting to subdue them so she can go out or so she get some rest herself.

Considering Haleigh has Turner's syndrome even the tiniest bit of medication could cause havoc to her heart and blood pressure.

Do u have a link that shows JO to be an so....cause if you do that would be great. That has been confusing from the get go. No one seems sure.
