Theories on what happened to Haleigh

I have a theory after today,it has bothered me this whole time as others,how similar Haleigh/Caylee Ann Marie/Marie 8/17 8/9 bds and Haleigh taken hours before Caylee's Memorial,that was for attention,I think someone took her for the attention.Today this abductor that took the 8 yo boy,let him go,he went into his house,without a sign of a breakin,didn't harm him and dropped him off a mile away from his house in the road.I think he wanted the attention,wasn't getting it,because it's being blamed on others and did this other abduction to draw attention back to himself.IMO

It has been documented and proven Misty had family over and an AC repair man was in the home till aprox. 5:30 pm. Both children where seen at that time. Ron's grandmother came by between 7:30 and 8 pm. and stated she saw both children eating out side on porch. (screened)

I am not arguing with your point, but I am not comfortable with the use of the word "documented" [unless you know something I don't.]

Think of it this way: there's a world of difference between me saying "I mailed the check" and my husband confirming that "Yes, I saw her write the check and put it in the envelope" vs. a check that has cleared my bank account with the other party's endorsement on it.

Sorry for being a stickler, just my nature. It is probably a point better left up to a court of law. [Well, that plus there seem to be a lot of false and/or contradictory claims being made by almost everyone related to the case.]

I know a little. Normally, you wouldn't remember much from the evening after the drug takes effect. However, you would really feel like crap when you wake up. Especially if you were woken up prematurely. If MC would have been drugged earlier in the earlier in the evening, like after 7pm after the grandmother's visit, it is unlikely that she would have woken up around 3am, and especially woken up on the own. Most date rape drugs, at least the most popular ones, have the same effect a serious hangover.

ETA: The above is if she was given something like GHB or a roofie, which are date rape drugs. If she were given something like Xtasy, that is the so called "hug drug" and it basically just lowers your inhabitions, and she would not have any memory loss from that. She would be able to tell you everything that happened that night.

Also, please don't think that I go around giving people drugs, but I was drugged with GHB once at a party, along with a friend who then proceeded to drive the wrong way on a freeway and went headon into a car and they were both killed. I learned this info from my own experiences and that of a support group.

[I had no idea that it was anything stronger than a sedative like valium or a tranquilizer. I just asked a friend if she had something to help me sleep during a very stressful period in my life.]

I have never taken ecstasy, but a friend of mine has. She said it makes you feel so "in love" with anyone and everyone around you.

If he had to be to work at 4:30, or even if he left for work at 4:30, there is a conflict. If he had to be there at 4:30, there are statements that say his work day was 7p-3a. If his work day was in fact 7p-3a and he left for work at 4:30, where was he in the 2 1/2 hours before his shift started?

Exactly, debs. Ron gives the impression that he went to work directly after picking Haleigh up from her bus stop. The pastor has quoted Ron as saying that he (Ron) came home eight hours later and Haleigh was gone.

Ron's timeline is messed up.

I have asked this before how does someone give a timeline of events after they are asleep. This is the part we need to focus on. I had a thought as to the cousin or relitve that took the van and returned it if they saw anything unussual other than there grand theft of an auto.There is only one road in and out. Obviously I don't believe Misty's Family is involved. I am just asking. Has no one else thought about this?

Where other than the family can you verify that? No statement has ever been made publicly about the air conditioning repair man and what he saw. That is a very important statement that needs to be clear. Did he or did he not see Haleigh alive?

LOL I am not going to assume to know everything that LE knows because obviously I would not be here. I am intelligent ,edemucated lol and have some common sense. I also have experience in skip tracing. I would have to assume at this point that yes he did see Haleigh It would be a totally different case today if he had not. Would you not agree?:angel:

Was there anything, perhaps on local media, from Misty's family about their visit? As far as Ron's grandmother, I have little doubt that she was there, but not sure of the details, as to when, why, with who. Again, there was probably more locally, but other than a brief mention on NG about some family member and that was about Misty being there, it seemed to be an afterthought. It probably took me 2 or 3 weeks to find out who that family member was.

I respect your opinon, just as I hope you will respect mine, when I ask how you excuse Rons and Misty's behavior and inconsistant part in this Heartbreaking 'Mess'? These individuals are still kids to me and need a lot of growing up to act like adults. I didn't say she got rid of Haleigh I have stated my theory is she took Haleigh. I have not been here to defend any one's actions, but to find the truth. I am not going to state who these children need to be with or not. I am not going to throw stones at this couple because I myself was a young mother and wife. They are young and have been exposed to a different way of thinking in regards to age and relationships. If I am not mistaken Crystals own father is 46 and his wife is 29. I realize they are adults but in my eyes their is no difference in the facts he is an older man with younger women.
I know I do not have a popular opinion as to who did this and will be the first to admit if I am wrong on my assumption. But we all are here to voice our theory and discuss the probabilities and discard the impossible. Tell me what is your take on the evidence and how do you tie it to your POI?

:waitasec: I have observed and heard and have an opinion but chose not to speculate because I seem to not have the populare opinion here. I was here from the beging (not as a member)and have read everything evryone has had to say and researched and I have researched alot more than what has been posted here at WS. I Know I would also be out looking everyday if I was there. My family has asked me to step away from the computer and seek help. LOL
I have never took an intrest in a case such as this not even the Casey A. case. My heart has went out to this little girl and breaks daily because we are no closer to finding her than the first day.

Doesn't Ron work a 10 hr. shift? So if he left at 4:00 or 4:30, getting to work at 4:30 or 5:00, and gets off at 3:00 that would make it about right. To me, that is strange hours to work for a construction crew, but it's possible. I've read this by posters on 3 different forums, so I'm sure he stated it on an interview somewhere.

This could be the pastor misspeaking because most people think of a normal work day as an 8-hr. day, but some jobs have 10-hr shifts and even 12-hr shifts. For awhile, my hubby worked four 10-hr shifts a week, instead of 8 hrs, 5 days a week. Now they've cut them back to 32 hrs a week. Bummer!
Long time ago, he worked at a body shop, 12-16 hours a day... his boss was a slave-driver. He didn't last long at that one.

There was discussion back a few pages... dog tracking map was especially useful, and after establishing Haleigh's bus stop was at Buffalo Bluffs it was safe to assume she walked home from there via that same stretch of Tyler. (If you can go back beginning at post #663 pgs 27 on, you'll see my own belief anyway that this accounts for that particular portion of route dogs tracked.) JMO
