Theories on what happened to Haleigh

Theory that Misty was pregnant - just as a few posters thought - and her 3 day binge was not a binge but possibly under medical supervision. Ron has a way of making young girls pregnant and history always repeats itself. If she was pregnant and went away for a few days, the family would know this and be very protective. If anyone caught wind of it, Ronald could be charged with sex with a minor. He married her just in case somebody figured it out. Hence, why Ron was not angry with the "missing for 3 days" and his family is so loving to her (no more grandkids out of wedlock). She comes home after Ron picks her up since she is not supposed to drive. He picks Haleigh up at the bus Monday - since she is not supposed to drive and probably medicated. He leaves the kids and Misty alone that night and Jr watches tv in the livingroom, Haleigh is put in the tub or possibly given medication to make her fall asleep because Misty is exhausted. Misty falls asleep. Wakes up and Jr is watching tv and Haleigh is dead - drown or from the medication. Misty wraps her in a blanket, wet if from the tub, or gets vomit on it if she was sick. Misty transfers her to a sheet and a plastic bag. Props the backdoor open like she does when she takes the garbage out. She leans the bag against the dumpster. She runs to get the van and uses the van to dispose of the bag. Leaves the back door open to look like an abduction.
Or she calls someone to bring the van to get the garbage bag for her.
Check phone records.

Why would she be under medical supervision for 3 days?

Any theories on what "timeline part two and afterwards" might be referring to in this interview? It seems to be referring to the latter half of the timeline. Perhaps this dovetails with Schauland's answer when asked about Ron's alibi:

I feel for sure that Misty is involved in Haliegh's missing. Maybe a accident and she paniced.
With the back door propped open like that it is something I heard on web sleuths that she had done before when she took out the garbage.

I take it to mean that they're able to question Misty and others about the events of that night up until the 911 call but say and most likely know nothing about where Haleigh might have ended up after that point in time.

I think GreatGma was there that evening - but I think it was way before 7:30. The kids were eating. Probably closer to 5:30 or 6. If the GGMA visit is moved to closer to a normal dinner time, the brother and his kids would have left, the air condition guy left and that would mean the kids would have headed into the house maybe around 7:00. The watching of movies fits much better if GGMA arrived earlier than what she said.

I don't know when the trash was taken out last but I have seen a couple of pictures where there is crime scene tape, a car and toys and also the trash can or cans are beside the front steps. There is some trash on the ground like empty beer boxes etc...I tried to blow it up to see what trash was there..I had no luck.

I'm not good at posting links but there is one picture (that is hard to see) under the photo and map thread, post #2. There are some better ones but I'm not sure where they are. Not sure when they were taken either.

There is also a trash can on the corner of the trailer. So seems to me the front door was used to take out the trash unless it had been moved by LE or someone.

It was confirmed early on that Ron was at work sometime that night. (don't know how many hours are covered) However, he isn't cleared because LE doesn't know when Haleigh disappeared. At least that was the answer Capt.Schauland gave.

GGMA stated it was a little after 7:00 pm.. TN stated it was around 7:30 and in another interivew stated between 7 and 8 pm...

It seems like this just keeps getting closer and closer to having actually seen Haleigh, even as it's pushed farther and farther ahead in time... like I'm gonna take their word. And it annoys me not becuz I really even believe dad's responsible but because it p*s me off a family might stick together like white on rice and even stretch the truth when a CHILD is MISSING. This whole drive-by-laundry-service-but-I-happened-to-see-Haleigh-eating-outside-on-the-porch-in-um-40-degree-weather-at-oh-yea-it-was-closer-to-8:00pm-but-still-before-watching-movies-on-a-school-night thing... Sorry call me crazy, but I'm just not feelin it. JMO

You know I wish I knew how to think like a criminal. I just can't understand the reason for taking a child. I am a hunter, and you learn the behavior of your prey to be more successful of a kill. Its my theory that misty had a booty call and whoever she let in the house possibly did something with haleigh, I cant see her being evil enough to do something to the little girl, but covering it up, quiet possibly, my question is and its a BIG question, does anyone know if any investigators took dna samples from the couch, I think would answer the squeeky couch question, and let us know if ronald jr. really heard the couch bouncing, because its my belief that if misty was doing something on that couch the guy would not wear a disguise obviously and would have to have left some dna somewhere..... I think the sofa, and all of her clothes should be thoroughly examined by le...MOO and that would rule her out if she were truly innocent...

My theory is when Misty took blanket from the window to wash that prompted perp to Act....looking in is something he has done before. This time hes going further. This person sees Haliegh get up turn on kitchen light... she is going to put on more clothes because she is cold just wearing her Tshirt. He goes around to back door props screen door trys back door its unlocked and there is Haleigh in the laundry room changing clothes. He takes Haleigh. For whatever reason Misty is sleeping deeply never wakes up.

My theory is that the blanket taken off of the window is a diversion, as is the cinderblock, as is the JO fingerpointing.

LE says there was no forced entry. RC and Misty both say the door was locked or checked and locked.

There is no reason to lie unless you have something to hide.
My theory is that both RC and MC are hiding something, and that something is what happened to Haleigh and where she is. moo

I have a question that just keeps bugging me. If RC or MC had anything to do with it or covering something up in any way then why would they insist that the back door was always locked? Why not let it be assumed that perhaps it had gotten left open and someone could have gotten in? It makes it harder to believe someone else is involved if you say there was no forced entry. That has always bugged me. I guess it could be that it was a known fact by others that the door was always locked or only MC was involved and RC knows the door is to be kept locked. Just wondering.
