(bold mine) Ok so wth is this report supposed to mean? Exactly what other illegal activity is going on in those woods anyway? We're left to speculate, IMO drug activities which is consistent w my current thoughtline...

Misty is reported to have been partying w WBGregJr, well known bigtime dealer w extensive record (burglary, grand theft, assaulting LEO but endless DRUGS) and possible part-time secret lover. This time she's been gone since Friday and has to be dragged back home by Ron (who's been seething all weekend) to watch kids before he can leave for his 4:30 pm shift. When Misty emerges wasted, not wanting to leave, Ron becomes belligerent and menacing toward WBGregJr. Knowing WBGJr is a major seller of crack, weed, ecstasy and other drugs, Ron threatens to inform on WBGJr. Haleigh & Junior hear entire altercation from Ron's truck until Ron shoves an embarrassed lethargic Misty into his truck, and roars off cussing her the whole way home.

When they arrive he tells her "Just put some f*g movies in if that ain't askin too much, you're gonna get me fired if I'm late to work." Misty's brother stops by w his kids who play outside w Haleigh & Junior for a while. The neighbor kids are outside too for awhile and Misty manages to heat up some food for kids to eat. After a hasty dinner, she rushes the kids to bed with videos. Kids fight over which movie, so she puts one in each room, in hopes they'll quiet down. Junior falls asleep soon after but Haleigh isn't as cooperative. From here...

Scenario A
She tells friend/dealer he can come over later on after dad's gone and kids are asleep, but knows Haleigh will tell her dad if she sees. WBGJr has given her some parting gifts, and she digs in her pocket for the Lortabs he gave her. She mixes one into some milk and brings it to Haleigh, telling her to "get back in bed." She waits until Haleigh no longer is stirring, calls her friend back--and tells him the coast is clear.

She gently moves Junior to the floor on a blanket so as not to wake sissy. Soon WBGJr arrives and she lets him in. They continue smoking, drink some beers, and before he leaves they get to bouncing on the couch.

Once he's gone she goes to first move Haleigh over to her little bed from larger bed before moving Junior into the bed where she's going to sleep. She notices blanket is wet. She's exhausted, in no mood to do laundry, shakes Haleigh and yells, "You got this bed soaking wet, now your dad's gonna be mad as..." She realizes now not only is the blanket wet, Haleigh is unresponsive. She's unable to rouse her so turns the light on and notices she's vomited, and looks oddly discolored. Then she remembers the Lortab.

She knows dad will kill her if he ever finds out. She calls WBGJr on his cell instead. "He won't be home for two hours, you gotta come back here there's somethin wrong w her," and she convinces him it's an emergency. He's afraid of her reporting the Lortabs and anything else he supplied to Misty so he consents to help--but he wants to send someone else over. Someone "better able to assess the situation" he tells her. It is no one Misty recognizes, and after going quietly back in the bedroom he tells Misty nobody can do anything but says he'll "take care of the problem." He leaves, once again the screen door slamming behind him, and from inside she hears a door on his vehicle opening. A short while later he appears back at the rear door w a cinderblock which he uses to prop the screendoor ajar. He returns to the bedroom, wraps Haleigh in a blanket and as he carries her thru the living area to the rear door Junior stirs, seeing only a dark figure leaving w Haleigh in arms.

Misty carries Junior back to the bedroom, and lays him on what was Haleigh's little bed, "don't worry... just go back to sleep" she says. She gathers up the wet blanket and sheets to wash, and there as she stuffs the blanket into the washer, the cinderblock gives her an idea of what she will tell dad... he will be home in just over an hour and a half, and by then the bedding will be dry, Junior will be placed there, and she will say she must have slept thru.

Scenario B
Same as A but she's told friend/dealer that she can leave w him whenever kids fall asleep. But she can't get Haleigh to sleep so gives her the Lortab (vicodin w/e, he's sold it all) and after Haleigh falls asleep WBGJr swings by to pick up Misty. They spend most of evening at his place, until 2 am or so. When he brings Misty back, they discover the same scenario.

Scenario C
Same as A but she's told friend/dealer that she can leave w him whenever kids fall asleep. WBGJr and associate stop by to pick up Misty. WBGJr's friend listens as Misty spills that a five year-old has been put to sleep w no one in the home but her three year-old brother. When they're all high and the other two are getting busy back at WBGJr's, WBGJr's friend takes key from Misty's purse--and heads straight back for residence where he knows no adult will be returning for hours. He props rear door, lets himself in where he finds and takes Haleigh. Misty lies to avoid admitting she was w WBGJr and that she left the children alone.

WBGJr could've brought the drugs w him when he came over. And if he was there perhaps he's still w Misty when they discover Haleigh. JO, or another acquaintance and/or associates could be substituted. The common factor to my latest theory is a threat made by dad--which HE may believe prompted retaliation ie Haleigh's disappearance. We know why Misty wouldn't say anything, and we know why anyone supplying drugs (and/or messing w Misty) might keep silent. I suppose there's the chance WBGJr outwitted the poly and it really was retaliation for a threat or vendetta for drug debt. But if all dad knows is he made threats thus felt responsible, it might explain why he wouldn't blame Misty. I still remember dad in initial news reports sent a very pointed message to possible perp re Haleigh, words to the effect IT isn't like property or money, taking somebody's child is different...

kiki wow, just wow! I felt as though I were there and that isn't any place I ever want to be, but your words were as real as an actual video-taping of the event. THIS is the first theory yet that I've heard that I can get on-board with - it fits. Thank you darling for sharing that!

kiki, follow-up questions regarding your theory(ies);
1. Were any drug/alcohol tests done on Misty that morning? and/or has there been any talk of the smell of alcohol on Misty's breath or appearing to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol that morning? (Re: morning = February 10, 2009, when LE arrived at 202 Green Ln...)
2. The pink shirt that was found in the laundry pile that Misty initailly thought Haleigh was last wearing; do we know if any body fluids were found on it or tested? (specifically urine and vomit)
3. Can urine or vomit on an article of clothing be tested for drugs? (w/little if any actual liquid(urine) or solid(vomit) evidence but mosty odor(s).
Actually anyone who knows can answer this and TIA!!

1. I do not know
2. I pray LE took it for evidence!
3. I'm sure that any body fluids can be tested for drugs

bolded by me............
scene ..........Haleigh drowned in garden tub????

Even though I don't think Crystal is involved, I would like to mention that from Feb 10 on, her child support payments will be a lot less, correct?
She won't gain custody of Jr. in Putnam County, but if she would have, her payments would drop to nothing and RC would have to start paying, correct? jmo
IMO the motive is money though. jmooc:(

I'm not 100% positive how things work in FL, but where I am from, Crystal would still be responsible for Haleigh's support at this moment. There is no evidence (thank goodness) that she is no longer alive. I have no idea how long these payments would be required, but for now, it hasn't been THAT long, and there is still some hope that Haleigh will come home. She can't just stop paying support without a court order to that effect. (Again, I'm not sure how it would work in FL).

If she were to get custody of Jr, she would no longer have to pay child support, and yes, Ron would have to pay HER support. HOWEVER, she would still be responsible for any and all back support she owed. She would also be responsible for back support even if God forbid something has happened to Haleigh.

At this point, Crystal's attorney is still saying there is no custody case. (I saw Crystal and her attorney on the GR show this evening and they denied a custody case - still. IMO, they are waiting to see what the DCF investigation yields.)

Hi Hawki, Acc to what we learned here, these items were found a week ago {I guess that would be 2 weeks ago Sat as we heard about this yesterday - not sure}. Sat on an organized search that Cobra was involved in. None of this is confirmed yet although I guess Kim, Crystal's attny, did mention things being found when she was on the NG show. xox
scandl: thanks eversomuch for filling me in.I got up this am with pinkeye and it feels like a red hot poker in my eye so that is why I haven't felt like being online today. I sure hope this is better by tomorrow because I go nuts when I don't feel like being online.

Your questions are my questions...
I do NOT believe any tests were conducted on Misty, neither in those early morning hours nor nor at any point during the following day/s. It is doubtful a few beers would register or have proven significant even 12 hours later (had breathalizer been administered as soon as noon that day) and for that matter she'd reportedly just returned from a three-day binge so one would've naturally expected to find some level of drugs in her system.

The pink shirt most certainly was taken by LE to be tested and would've yielded valuable evidence had there been any present. If so, they've chosen not to release those findings. It was hard for me to believe had the shirt had any incriminating bodily fluid either vomit, or urine (suggestive of bedwetting incident) that it would not have been laundered along w blanket (sheet w/e) or been produced so readily or voluntarily and for this reason I intentionally excluded from my own scenarios. Sorry, wish we knew more... Still praying for Haleigh, and for Junior, hoping every chilling detail I've written is proven to be purely the imaginings of crime fiction. JMO

My theory ... the ac man disrupted their normal routine. The door was not locked.

A child predator known/unknown to law enforcement planned and executed Haleigh's abduction on the eve of Caylee Anthony's funeral for sensationalism.

Convergence...

Haleigh goes back to school ... Misty returns ... Ron goes to work ... AC man at the home ... GGM visits ... back in routine except the AC man disrupts it.
Or the SO is known to Misty and had access to her house key and copied it.

The part of your post that I bolded, has someone said that is their theory? I haven't seen that, but may have missed it.

Hi TxLady2, I think, for those who support the theory that Chad may be responsible for Haleigh's disappearance, > motive being to eliminate debt owed by Crystal to Ronald for back child support > they're also essentially saying that although it is CS's debt, it does in fact impact Chad, not just because he co-habitates or shares a mutual home with Crystal but because his income (possibly the only income coming into home at this time) is depended upon for the entire families provisions. (mortgage, rent, utilities, food,...) (bolded by me So the assumption is - again by those who support this theory - that Chad would have the most to gain by getting rid of Haleigh - getting rid of Haleigh = getting rid of back child support debt owed by Crystal to Ron, which Chad would ultimately have to pay or at least help Crystal pay it back. Of course this is ridiculous because, as I've pointed out before (lost count now how many times in total) getting rid of Haleigh DOES NOT, I REPEAT = dismissal of any arrearage child payments owed - Period.

Was the shirt in the pile for dirty laundry or clean laundry waiting to be ironed or whatever? Did we ever hear?

I am asumming that he shirt was found in the dirty clothes because she was looking for Haleighs school clothes she wore that Monday to school.

I was under the impression that our theories are just that and do not need a over all approval. I may be wrong....can anyone else weigh in on this observation. I feel it is unfair to shove an opinion down ones throat because one can't or won't agree that we all have a different perspective as to the events and facts and lies that have been brought to the worlds attention. I would hope we can agree we all are here to help find Haleigh and not belittle anyone for expressing their opinions or theories here. WS has some mighty fine people here and would love to see us all remain.

We had a woman in a town close by disappear last summer. Her name is Anita Hambleton. They immediately brought in the K-9's. They searched and searched and gave up. They found her body a few days ago - across the street from her home in the woods.
K-9's do make mistakes.

OMG! I think you got it! Brilliant!!!!!!!

I'll preface to say, I think this is a staged abduction. I think Haleigh was mortally injured in her home by her father.

A scenario that unfolds something like this--

Ron is irritated and angry with Misty after retrieving her from a weekend away partying. They are arguing and quarreling when it's nearing time for Haleigh to be picked up.
Ron calls TN and asks her to pick up Haleigh.
TN gets Haleigh off the bus and takes her home. When they arrive, Misty and Ron are quieted, but still seething. TN decides things are simmering down. She leaves.
Ron and Misty start up again, but Haleigh and Jr are demanding attention. Ron orders them to go play, not now. Time is short because of work, and his temper is even shorter.
Haleigh wants something else. Ron shakes her and demands she do as he asked.
Haleigh does.
Ron goes to work. Misty and the kids resume their routine. Misty's brother stops by with his kids, they play. The a/c man comes and goes. The guests leave.
Misty notices Haleigh is out of sorts, she has a headache-- seems sick and sleepy. She calls TN who asks if Haleigh has a fever, fallen down, hit her head in any way. Misty explains the shaking earlier.
TN tells her to keep her awake, don't let her lay down etc. TN calls GGS and aks her to stop by and check on Haleigh because she can't get over there.
Misty makes dinner and tries to tempt Haleigh with food. She's still sleepy, so she has them sit on the porch to wait for their GG! Hoping this will perk her up.
GGS arrives between 7 and 8. Haleigh is revived by the fresh air and is eating. GGS looks her over and stays for a little while. Haleigh seems fine...

eta-- I've lost this once so I'm breaking it up...

--continuing--

GGS leaves, Haleigh seems fine.
Misty readies the kids for bed in normal fashion. Misty then cleans and tidies the house, does laundry etc. She goes to bed at about 10, then wakes at midnight to having forgotten to check on Haleigh.
Haleigh is unresponsive and cool to the touch.
She calls Ron? TN? GGS? They all mobilize. The cover-up begins.
TN and GGS head over, Ron is to stay at work come home as usual, Misty is to go out and be seen.
It's coming up on 1 a.m. when Haleigh is taken out of the house.......the house is staged.
Misty returns at 2 and there is arguing among the women. TN and GGS leave.
Misty goes into the house and waits for Ron to pull into the driveway.
The story begins as we know it...

I have a theory that would most likely involve 2 people & the St. John's River:

Going back to DS & (MR)..didn't we see a picture of a big pleasure/fishing boat in a google earth picture of his home early on in our sleuthing.

Anyway..My wondering is..Could someone put a big boat in the St. John's River there in Satsuma/Putman County??

Go up to Haleigh's house undetected, grab her around 12:00 PM (while Misti & Jr are sleeping)...then get on their boat...motor up the River and out to the Atlantic Ocean. (Think Scott Petterson case!!!)

If there were two people (RSO's??? )working together....they could have been very far upriver before the 911 call was made around 3:27AM!!

That would give them over a 3 hour head start...the LE's further up the river would never have a clue that they were there, in a boat at night, with poor Haleigh on Board!

I have personally been on a boat from Clay County (Green Cove Springs) all the way out to the Ocean...So know it is possible from there..Don't know if it is possible to navigate from Hermit's Cove area of the river? How long would it take?

All I know is that the water gets very deep very fast where the St. Johns River joins the Atlantic Ocean... BTW...Does anyone watch Dexter on Showtime?? He's always dumping in the Atlantic off Miami! LOL

I just want this little girl to be found...I am lighting a candle by my computer for Haleigh and little Jr. He is the forgotten victim in this whole Mess!!

I think Misty was partying w/Dan S and others at DS's house. I think DS went and got Haleigh. He knew where Misty was so no need to worry about turning on lights, etc. He carried her off to his waiting vehicle by the railroad tracks.

Misty came home and Haleigh was gone. Misty is now refusing to tell the truth because she knows she is somewhat responsible.

Salem

Actually - I guess this doesn't work. DS was not in Haleigh's area that night, according to LE. So maybe Misty took them with her? Maybe the cousin picked her up in the van that was not parked right? The kids were in the van and DS snatched Haleigh from the van? Hmmmmm.....
