Following up on kiki's post - now that Donjeta has been so kind to explain the reference "now twice former perplord" to me;
Did both SO's actually live at 202 Green?
If not, did either do handyman work for Bard and...
did they ever have access or use of the key?
I am full of questions but I'll leave it at that for now.
I have to go soon (classes), darn it - I wish I could stay and sleuth this!

I sincerely hope that a finger is not being pointed at DBard. I was amazed at their holdings tho. They were here at the time and left that morning or the next for W Palm Beach. Both he and his wife were thoroughly searched and questioned. On his backround: D Bard is an ordained Methodist Minister from Pennsylvania where they also own quite a bit of property. His wife works in the medical field. Don is semi retired due to a bad heart condition. Best I can offer on short notice. Did anyone read my post concerning Rons' "bloodied hands " ?

In that context I can understand. I was amazed at their holdings. I found it quite interesting the rentals to SOs. They changed rental agents this fall, I believe when Ron moved to Green Ln. a new one was hired. The old agent should have keys as the new one would also. I met the new agent 1x, however I never met the previous one. As I elluded to: I find it hard to point suspicion at D Bard. That being said anyone is a possible POI. Maybe the previous agent. Ron was quite unhappy with him for not repairing 10* Buchanan. He was always calling that agent and asking for repairs. The new tenant at 10* Buchanan has had no such problem and is very happy with the new agent.

I don't know if the keys held by any previous renters or repairmen they've had at the property are of significance since RC said he changed the locks when he moved in. If that is true then the perp would have had to obtain a key during Jan-Feb after RC's move (assuming there was a perp who used a key).

Wish I were better at accessing records beyond Putnam Cty ie statewide and farther, data bases to research family members etc. Maybe it's limited to SO perplord connection and nothing more organized or nefarious than that but something's off. JMO

Hi Kiki....I don't think that you are being paranoid in your post whatsoever. Incredible sleuthing....incredible. My wise old grandma used to tell me that there is no such thing as coincidence, I mean just being able to make one or two connections would be coincidence, what you have linked is incredible. And the fact that this person "owns half the town" as you stated, would make it incredibly clear why no-one would want to speak his name out loud in Satsuma.....if you know what I mean. I don't live in Satsuma however and I am not in the least bit afraid to say I think you are on to something here. Maybe this is why the media, Law Enforcement and well.....basically no-one is talking about the case anymore....more proof or evidence is needed and no-one wants to point a finger too hastily. I am going to be sleuthing out this development the rest of the week.

There MUST have been some sort of evidence in the home. Did they check the couch for errr..."dna" (to put it politely) of the man Misty was rumored to have been sleeping with? I mean, SOMETHING must be there...

so sad I wonder where this little girl is...I'm so tired of seeing/reading about missing children. It's just heartbreaking.

Property owners are contacted by LE prior to any SO being released to see if they will rent to SO's. Some will and sometimes at reduced rates - if more business comes. This is often why SO's appear to live in groups. Many apartment complexes do this on a routine basis - some do not.

I know of many properties that do this in my area ... and will not stand up for any of them no matter what. A nest of SO's were found living next door to a church pre-school for God's sake - not too long ago. The property owner had willingly agreed with LE to house them. $$

I don't know if I am freaking myself out or what but.....I mean I have been trying to understand why Ronald would not return to his home after they released it back to him.....and if what I am thinking is true....him not going back into the home makes a lot of sense now.

Also I did some research after I read Kiki's post and I was shocked to see that there are several instances of children being molested in their homes in Putnam County, one in particular....an 11 year old girl back in 2002. She was molested while sleeping in her bed....in a trailer.

The FBI profiler is stating that they DO NOT think this was a stranger abduction, lots more other interesting info. I am going back to research some more.

The high-up LE I talked to during week 2 [a long-time friend] said there wasn't a trace of evidence inside the m/h. Our LE hopes to maintain some semblance of credibility with the community, so they generally do not lie - they just don't answer.

Yes, he was convicted. The newspaper articles and court docks should be on that thread. He was released in November and vanished off the face of the earth on Feb. 2. He has g'parents that live down the highway from Haleigh's home, too.

Do you know the name of the grandparents.....nevermind I will go look in that thread. I am still looking for the place that I saw the FBI profiler state that it was not a stranger abduction. To clarify, they said it was clearly an abduction, but was not neccesarily a stranger abduction. I don't know how to do a link but I can tell you that the website I read it from is called Courthouse Steps Mavens. You can google it and read it there too. That is what I did.

Hope I don't get in trouble for typing that website out. Sorry
