I haven't been able to keep up with old posts lately...so I'm sure this has been discussed but...why would Brad have had to do so much "clean up" if he strangled her? I would think that would be one of the least messy types of murder??

Hmm...good point. Unless, things were knocked over and spilt, during 'the struggle'?

In which case IMO Katie and Bella would have heard the struggle or worse they could have seen it. I do not think BC is that stupid.

IMHO, FWIW, if BC killed NC he had to have done it shortly after she returned from the party and went to bed. I think if he killed her he used a pillow and suffocated her while she slept. He had to have then taken the body and disposed of it at the dumping site, but there are a million holes in that version. If not then she was up and alive that morning and the girls would remember seeing her, esp if one was complaining for milk or juice and BC had to go the store to get it. That being the case she did indeed leave for a run and someone got her while she was out, again Katie or Bella would remember BC leaving them alone or with someone else if he went out to do the deed. Unfortunately the kids are the key to this puzzle, what they remember is going to be key in defense or prosecution, that is why it is important that someone without prejudice to case have the kids so memories cannot be planted. None of this clears or convicts BC, but it would go a long way in pinpointing TOD which is a essential element in this case.
