Theory: EJ gave Gabe to someone she entrusted who has him in hiding

I'm just not sold on a HG person. My neice looks like she is Indian, but has no Indian in her. The description is what is throwing me. If someone said, YES, there has be confirmed a Hispanic Male...Then I'll keep my little choppers shut...I'm just not there yet....but your theory here is good..and one I am thinking as well..just sorting through thoughts...I feel so like we are at a stand still and it really bothers me. I'm thinking it's something that's right at us and we slap our heads and say " Why didn't we think about that"....

I feel ya, I do. I made a comment the other day, that the answer is simple...we just havn't thought of it yet, lol.
I agree, he may not be an actual HG...but a guy with darker skin and hair than blondie.

I would also like to know if anyone who spoke with him can say he did/did not have an accent? Tattoos? Anything? TX or AZ plates on the SUV? TX plates may just be a rental, but AZ plates would be huge IMO.

And what about the couple? The male was bigger, and had dark hair...could he have been an HG too? Too many questions, I know.

I do not believe (I could be wrong) that LM or EJ owned the mobile home in Tempe. I could not find any records with either of their names on it unless they were in process of buying it. That being said did EJ or LM know the person that owned the mobile home or the family of the person who owned the mobile home? Were anyone of the family entrusted by EJ? When I looked up the mobile home records the same person owned the mobile for I believe 3 years then all of a sudden decided to sell it while LM was in Texas looking for Gabriel. Why all of a sudden?

On her craig lists post, she seems quite busy. DId she have a car ??? If, not, who was toting her around. I assume she had no car since she had to borrow GF's car. With CL, you click on the link at the top of a post, and send an email to the person. Everything can be set up through email, or, like EJ, she gave her phone #, so the transactions were set up that way most likely. From there, it's up to the two parties how to "meet". Usually, when I've purchased, I go to the selling parties' home and pick up, or meet at a mutually agreeable location. I wouldn't doubt EJ had people come to her house to get her stuff.

Whoever is helping her, is it possible it's a mutual friend, again, one Logan would never suspect.....or an enemy of Logan's whom has the same sentiments towards Logan and his family as EJ does. Nothing like really sticking it to him!

If they really do think she may just be having someone hide Gabe for the time being, I'm thinking <hoping> that Logan has made a list of everyone he knows she knows to look in to. If this is someone she trusted, there must be a trail connecting them - either through phone records or the internet. Although, it doesn't help there is still that missing laptop out there.

I'm sure they did. When you're trying to think hard you hope you don't leave out anyone, friend or foe...just thinking outside the tool shed !

well TPS went to her house to pick up Gabriel, TPS drove her to the court...other than those places I am not sure how she got around but she evidentally did not have her own vehicle

1. What time did TS text Logan. Maybe this was a "OK Buddy, this is your last chance kinda text to get Gabriel back home". She said she was in contact with EJ through the 26th. Could it be that she told EJ she was going to try again, and if EJ had not heard back from TS by a particular time on the 27th, it was time to put plan in place???
2. What time was she seen shopping ?

It just seems odd TS texted him on this particular day when now what we know was the handoff day.

I think that's a mistake, kappy. I think the date for that text is actually 12/22.
