HLN showed CA's smirky little smile again. I guess she thinks she was just proven right when she said nobody messes with the Anthonys and wins. I suppose at the end of day that's all that matters to her. The Anthonys win once again.

Poor Caylee. The tragedy of this whole thing is that such a sweet little girl was born into this wretched family.

Now that it's over I hope the jurors will search for the evidence they didn't see in court and realize they set a killer free.

One can only hope. It's difficult to imagine they aren't going to be a little stunned, though, when they find out what we know about this case, the family, and the defendant.

Along with the doubt about cause of death I think the lack of testimony about abuse and a motive were the biggest reasons for the verdict.

I don't compare this to OJ because I thought OJ had a stellar defense team in Cochran and Scheck who got him off. I think this verdict says a lot more about the state's case than the defense's ability.

There was nothing wrong with the state's case. The reason why she got off is that many people have a problem believing that a mother would kill her child no matter how much evidence you throw at them. Then add the fact that she is pretty and you have all the anwsers you need right there. If she were a man she would have been found guilty.

The State tiptoed around too many areas, IMO. They never knew what the Anthonys would say or do, they couldn't get in the fight at the house on the 15th, they should have called Roy Kronk first, I think they were overconfident. JMO obviously.

I can't stand this. I will not watch one second of TV coverage to see Baez and his team gloat over this travesty of justice. And in the end, Casey Anthony gets away with murder, (imo). And the most sickening thing to me (well, one of the most) is Mason gets to escort Casey out of jail arm in arm just as he predicted. It's not right, and these jurors should be ashamed of themselves, imo. Karma will come for Casey, I just hope it is in my lifetime.
