Well...they sure trusted them when they called 911 to protect themselves from the protesters, huh?! ;)

What IS it with the A's and their HORRIBLE disdain for LE? They all have it...This terribly blatant distrust of LE? Could it have something to do with GA's past???

Twilight Zone music here...

Most folks who feel this way about LE have been on the wrong side of them one too many times and consider themselves victims when they are perceived as criminals by LE. Perhaps there IS much more to this story than meets the eye...

forgive me if someone already said this, but wouldn't cindy's statement about the clothing just mean 'if she was dead and decomposed, they would have at least found her clothing somewhere by now, and since they didn't, i still don't believe she's dead'?

not sticking up for cindy (trust me on that one) but this statement just didn't rile me up like it did some other people.

Casey is the one who said it, not Cindy...

You know how much these people lie right? So Cindy SAYING that nothing of Caylee's is missing does not count for a hill of beans toward the REALITY of what is true. In all probability, as is usually the case with a child of that age still in diapers, an outfit or two is generally tucked away in the diaper bag along with the diapers, in the event of a leak or an accident of some kind. SO maybe it is THESE clothes that Casey was referring to when she made that statement. Maybe she gathered up all the clothes she had of Caylee's IN the car and disposed of THOSE in another location from the body, and maybe, hopefully, she did not strip down her dead daughter and throw her in a dumpster or to the alligators stark naked...

Not to mention IF Caylee was 'living' away for home w/ Mom of the Year... how would Cindy know whether Casey or anyone else didn't buy Caylee any new THINGS... clothes OR toys?

Same goes for Casey... she wouldn't know WHAT her child might now own since she's been out of her sight.

I apologize but I havent been able to read all the posts on this thread before writing this but my theory is she stole the gas gans on the 24th and Caylee was in the trunk in a plastic bag from the 16th and she disposed of her on the 25th- she took her clothes off and burnt them some where in a wooded area and then disposed of the body, either by burying her or tossing her in a body of water

Because they have the receipts and the videos of what she did buy during that period of time?! ;) Also...Caylee wasn't WITH her during that period of time!

I do think Cindy would know if Caylee's clothes were missing or not since she does the laundry and has purchased all the clothes for Caylee. So the question would remain: Did Cindy lie when she said none of Caylee's clothes were missing?

I thought of this, too...and the statement of Cindy's on the stand at the first bond hearing, "There is NO evidence!".

And the interview on TV (can't remember which one) when asked about all the evidence, she said: (paraphrased)

'Well they still have to go to court'

Obviously, she knows all about the evidence & is ONLY hoping a jury won't find Casey guilty.

maybe she went to the store and bought new clothes for Caylee with cash money. This way none of her clothes would of been missing from home

Yes but what I'm saying is they cannot definitively answer the question: 'what's missing?'

IF Caylee is still alive OR was alive the last time Casey (allegedly) dropped her off.... no Anthony can POSSIBLY know whether she ever lived long enough to get any new toys &/or clothes.

sorry if this has been stated....but ...some childrens clothes are fire retardent...:( that could be one reason Caylee clothes inded up not being in the same place as Caylee...it would have shown burnt-and DNA from Caylee.....:furious:

then why would she say that they hadn't found the clothes. If they were burned there wouldn't be anything to find.

And how do you think they can prove it if she did? Ask Casey? Lee? George?

I think the prosecution will start off the case making it very clear to the jury that Casey's family has repeated changed their responses in order to defend Casey.

I'm thinking she burnt the clothes and scooped any ashes up from them and disposed of them or just covered the ashes up with leaves

I still think starting a fire is too risky because people smell smoke & see the flames & you do NOT want to take the chance that there are any witnesses.

Nope, to me it sounds like she expected them to find the clothes & so now she's not at all worried they'll find the body.

Unless after Caylee died in the afternoon of the 16th at the A home, Casey undressed her, tossed her body in the trunk, washed and put her clothes away, I can see the crazy woman doing something like that JMO

Alligator farms don't feed their alligators living creatures.

Remember the film of Steve Irvin with his little boy feeding the alligator?

Actually, that wasn't an alligator. It was a crocodile, so I don't think it's possible to determine anything about alligator feeding habits based on that.

well knowing Caseys and her lies, she may be trying to throw everyone off by saying they havent been able to find the clothes and allowing us to think the clothes are still in one piece and really burnt them knowing they wont ever find the clothes- heaven knows how shes thinking- it was just a thought-

I'd say she either lied, or just lost track of what Caylee had. I can tell you that if it were me, and one of my daughters was missing, I'd have a hard time telling if any of their clothing or toys were also missing, unless it was a favorite. Its just too hard to keep track of those types of things. To be honest, I don't know how Cindy could say with such certainty that nothing was missing, unless she was lying.
