it also helps me to go forward on my thoughts and research like cell phone pings to find some place where she could be.

That isn't exactly what he said, Cerenity. He never identified nor intimated that the person in the trunk is the one who had taken Caylee.

George Anthony said: "The person who was in the back of my granddaughter`s (SIC) car is not my granddaughter!"

Now he obviously meant to say, "The person who was in the back of my daughter's car is not my granddaughter." - but he made a misstatement due to emotions.

George has never indicated who it is that he thinks was the decomposing body in the trunk.

BlueEyedSpy, You are exactly right, I remembered that statement totally wrong :doh: I sincerely apologize for that inaccuracy and thank you for setting me straight on Georges correct statement....my memory fools me sometimes, and I refuse to blame it on my age.... just yet, hehe. His statement combined with the way he expressed it, continues to bother me to this day. It did make me think that there is a possibility that the decomp in the trunk came from someone, other than Caylee. The hair samples alone, are not enough evidence to convince me that they belong to a deceased Caylee, and untill they can show me more evidence from the trunk of that car that states otherwise, I still am not convinced Caylee was the decomp in that car. I still have my own theory that I will not discuss here, but my theory is not based on the decomp, or the hair found in that trunk....at least not at this time. I only came here to maybe help shed a little light for those who are still holding out hope for Caylee.

So much has been said & intimated in this case by so many people that it's easy to have something that has been totally morphed be the thing that unfortunately sticks in your mind.

The one thing that leads me to believe that Caylee is alive is there is no evidence that she is dead. The LE has this as a missing child case. There is no evidence brought before the courts to say other wise. So until there is evidence in the court then they are still looking for a live Caylee. Until then people can have their own opinion and I respect them. This is the USA innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Hi everything, don't mind the snip at all. I totally agree with you, there really is no concrete evidence so far that we know of that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, Caylee is deceased...Sometimes we all need that reminder that "This is the USA innocent until proven guilty in a cout of law". I am so thankful for this.

From what has been said, the back yard has been cleared by LE.

As for the Chloroform, I have doubts that it even exists, but I'll wait and see if any further information or even mention from LE comes forth on this.

I am believing only things officially released by LE and the chloroform is one that (I believe) was only reported by the media and not confirmed by LE.

Did anyone catch the NG show where the specialist was talking about DNA and said they use chloroform as part of the DNA testing process? Sorry, I don't have the link, but it was 1-2 weeks ago. Perhaps the chloroform was only a by-product of their testing?

You know what else annoys me! Now, I don't want anyone to think I support Casey or anything.. I think most people get the wrong impression of us believers. if they believe the opposite.. But I have to say something about them calling her a suspect.. Now, what was it a day before, they came out and said there will be no new arrests on the horizon.. and then the next day they call her a suspect.. Well, all I have to say is , yes I do understand the difference between a person of interest and a suspect, however no matter what ANYONE says, Casey HAS BEEN the only person of interest since the beginning, and many people have already deemed her a murderer.. I don't think in this matter, it makes a difference whether they call her a person of interest or a suspect, because she has been their suspect all along.. do they think she's going to crack??

I agree with you. She hasn't cracked over anything else. It's like one more thing...

I also do not support Casey. I do support her constitutional right to bail and to proper representation. I support Caylee. When the whole story comes out, I will make my judgements on Casey. For now, Caylee is my concern.

I find it interesting that there are other ways that death band could have gotten on the hair than besides being from a dead body. I also found the chloroform piece(as possibly being used in the forensics. Did I get that right?)

I haven't heard what exactly she bought and I would have to go back over things, but I believe in Lee's interview with LE, he was going over receipts and they stated there was nothing on the receipts that would have been a purchase for a child. No diapers, toys, etc. So I don't know what she bought and I'm not sure if those receipts were even for Target.

My first thought was that she bought things to return later for cash, but Target has a very strict return policy and I don't see that happening. And of course, who knows if Lee had all the receipts. LE would certainly have a list of purchases from Target.

BTW, an interesting thing that has always struck me odd. It was reported that Casey signed her own name on at least one of the checks at Target and handed over her own ID. At least that was the way I understood it at the time. It's almost as if she was trying to get caught. Or was she perhaps leaving a peper trail?

I don't want to speculate as to who else that I think is involved because there is no proof of my suspicions (at this point) and it isn't fair to put names and info out there that could harm someone else. I also don't think that the fight on Father's day was the first "fight" that was had...so I think KC might have been planning the disappearance prior to 6/15. I am not positive that the fight was the sole reason of Caylee being missing...something else isn't right here and I can't put my finger on it. Whatever KC was doing during the day for 2 years instead of working at Universal is what needs to be figured out. Maybe the pings could help there also.

Also, I saw the location of pings on 6/27 that she was at Johnsons Tow Yard on that day. How did she end up there before the car was towed? and why? Did I miss something in reading the documents or am I not connecting a dot here or there? The car wasn't towed until 6/30 but she was at Johnsons Tow Yard on 6/27 the same day that the car was left at Amscott. This is making my head hurt.

I definitely would like to see our own timeline with associated pings.

I think this is a great idea, aqua mom.. I havent really read the other threads about the cell phone pings but I still think it's a good idea for the alive crew to do one as well.. I think we would have different interpretations of some things.. The only cell phone ping I have really ever paid attention to (b/c they talk about it on NG) is the ORlando Airport one.. I have always had a question regarding those pings though.. Was it the same date that she was at the airport to pick Amy up??

Are you saying that there is documentation that they had pings proving she was at Johnson's Tow Yard, or just pings near Johnson's Tow Yard?

I'll start putting a template together which will likely take me most of the day. I will share it once I'm satisfied I have enough info on there so that any other interested folks can see if there are any suggested changes/deletions. i think that there is actually a cell phone tower behind the tow yard , so i think the pings are within 1 to 2 miles (not sure about that). I did a street view in google but could not actually see the tower but i did street view with other pings and i could actually see the towers. anyway i have read your posts and think your a great help here. please dont stop .
