I hope she is safe too! I don't understand Casey, I think that, from what we see, she is not a good person (mentally)..But I just dont know about her harming her child.. The pictures of her and Caylee, the videos, the cupid.com profile, it reminds me of me and my daughter.. I love mine so much, I would never lay a hand on her.. So maybe that's why I continue to hope Caylee is alive.. Because the pictures of the two of them remind me so much of me and my daughter, and I just wont believe anything until it's proven, in a court of law, and not "proven" through the media..

I was always under the impression that you cannot conclusively say that a piece of hair matches ONE particular individual.. All that they say is that it was a close match (or whatever their medical terms are!).. So I do not believe that it was Caylee's hair just because they say so.. They can't conclusively say so.. Unless something has changed with DNA..

As for the chloroform, honestly the theories that I have about it are theories we have already discussed.. Freaky sex, partying, Nicole G?? Who knows..I would most likely go with the freaky sex since she seems to love it a lot..

The decomp.. well, I don't know about that.. That's what tears at me.. What other explanations could there be for this? Could it be someone else's?? Can't they test for DNA through that? This is the one thing I dont have a theory on, besides that it could be someone else..But who? Are we crazy for thinking along these lines? Some would say so, but I would say that we would make EXCELLENT detectives one day..

I spoke to my mom about Caylee today. She has been a nurse for 33 years. She has not kept up with this case and asks me what is going on with it when I speak with her on the phone. She says that raw rotten meat can smell like human decomp (and she has smelled human decomp several times in her life)...so I was surprised to hear her say that. I know that the cadaver dogs are trained not to alert to that so my only other thought is that somene else was deceased in that car and that is why there isn't conclusive evidence that it was Caylee.

My father (really he was my stepfather) was a deputy sheriff. I learned a lot from him as a teenager; mostly not to trust police officers He was a good guy but he came home with a lot of stories that were scary...and his cop friends were corrupt (one of them tried to date me when I was 17 and he was 34 AND married). So...that is also another reason why I think outside the box regarding this case when other people totally and completely trust LE. Look at how many LE were intimately involved in this case...there may be more that we don't know about.

Thank you for giving me something to hold on to with regards to what I was doubting.. I also have been told not to trust police, however, while I do believe some are extremely corrupt, I would hope most are not! But, from what I have seen where I live, they basically live above the law..Drinking at the bars while on duty, in their uniforms, turning the sirens on so they could get through a red light, or do an illegal u-turn.. While those things aren't so corrupt, I dont have much sympathy for cops..

I do have a theory, or maybe an explanation, for the missing childrens sites, and it's quite simple..I've looked on missing childrens sites! I've looked on America's Most Wanted sites, FBI most wanted sites.. It's what I"m interested in.. That's why these sites are up, for unselfish people to search to see if maybe they recognize someone.. Not saying that's what Casey was doing, I'm just saying that I don't find her searching missing childrens sites a smoking gun.. Everywhere I go, every little girl I see, I look at, just to see if maybe, just maybe it's Caylee...and that's what these missing childrens websites are for..

Well, there is the notion that the sighting was discredited. Alrighty. Then there would be science, but whatever.

I just don't understand why science is rejected here. I realize someone surely has answered in the past, but as a newbie to the thread but not the blog, please tell me why tests from the FBI and Tennesee Body Farm don't matter.

The science doesn't conclusively say that it was Caylee. There have been leaks that may or may not be completely fact...

I believe that if the DNA and Body Farm Evidence was solid...they would have arrested her for murder.

The Sheriff made a statement a couple of days ago that no new charges were on the horizon.

If they had proof that Caylee was deceased through DNA tests then they don't have to find a body...obviously they cannot prove she is dead with DNA tests.

Just my opinion.

You answered my next ? about the DNA coming back and if there is no match, who's is it? No one has said it is definately Caylee's hair with the death bands on it. Yikes... There may be a big coverup here (on KC's part) somewhere in this whole story but do not believe it has to do with Caylee's death. I think someone KC knows has her somewhere for some reason. JMO

I really want to know how the "death rings" really work.. If fluids from a body or animal that has been decomposing touches a piece of hair, will that cause a ring? But even so, they can't say for a fact that it's Caylee's hair..

The decomp in the car is a big question mark for me but I'd like to see the actual reports from the FBI and the body farm. IMO everyone from KC to LE to JB have been playing with words and I just can't trust anything until I see it in black and white.

This case has now invaded my subconscious and I dream of Caylee every night. Some are good dreams some are not.

I agree with everything that you are saying here...It's so hard to understand what's going on, yet I will not believe Caylee is dead without any concrete, proven in an actual report, evidence..If that little girl is alive somewhere, there's not many looking for her.. That's scary.. It is almost like we are all the hope she's got right now, as crazy as that sounds.

For the most part I think most LE is good UNLESS you cross them or waste their time which Casey obviously has. I think it also depends on the area. I live in a smaller suburb in Missouri and I think our police force is awesome.
I lived in Kansas City KS and I know for a fact that many of the cops there are corrupt. There are a lot of illegals in KC KS and LE steals from them when they pull them over or if they get arrested their $$ is gone when they get their wallets back. I've also heard of them busting illegals with cocaine in bathrooms of clubs and taking the drugs and not arresting anybody.
Personally, when I was younger, thinner, cuter and dumber I had called the cops after a fight with my boyfriend and the 2 cops that showed up took out my trash then they came back after they got off with a 12 pack of Corona.
It was funny because they took their guns out and layed them very dramatically on my coffee table. They thought they were so cool. Ok, bad confession... the boyfriend is now my husband of 11 years and father of our two beautiful children but back in the day I'd get pretty crazy when we'd fight and the night after the 2 cops showed up I was driving with a 12 pack of bud light in the car when a cop pulled me over with lights flashing.
Not to fear, it was my 2 buddies from the night before. They didn't arrest me or even tell me to go home, they invited me to drink with them behind the police station when their shift ended. All the other cops drank back there too!! I didn't go because I got back with my boyfriend/hubby. I'm just sayin'.
Ahh the good old days. I can't believe I survived them without getting arrested.

I really believe she is alive and think KC has told her parents the truth about what happened. (not that she has much credibility with anything) but I do believe she came forward with something and is why there is a change in behavior with the parents and the comment recently from her laywer. There is something coming soon to the surface. Its just all too bizarre. Maybe I do not want to believe a mother could do this too, but it is a lot more if you look @ everything. KC has definatley been deceptive about Caylee but I am not convinced it is about her death.

I dont think the released docs that we have read said anything about missing childrens websites, just like it didn't say anything about chloroform.. unless I missed it.. But I honestly don't think it matters how the sites were obtained! Like I said, I have looked so many times! And now, with this case! I was reading some posts (I think on this thread, but not sure) and the posters were joking around, saying god forbid someone they knew was murdered or something like that.. They would get arrested because of the things they searched on their computer regarding this case! And though I didnt respond to those posts, I have to say, I was laughing because it's the same with me!!!
