Caller (missed name): What happened with TL's testimony on Friday when he testified when the jury was not present?

RH: That was proffer testimony, but it was considered as hearsay. I agree. It is a statement by ICA offered by another person, but the only person who could testify to that would be LA. Other evidence is needed. TL will not be allowed to testify about it.

The interview with RH is over already!

Hey, All thanks for the compliments re: accent and thanks to RHornsby (if he is reading this).

Just a quick note. The answer that Hornsby gave me just angers me at the mess the DT is making of all this. Hornsby gave a perfect theory and defense just there which would probably convince most jurors to convict ICA of Aggravated Manslaughter. Thanks to this defense she has a good chance of getting convicted of First Degree Murder. They are doing her a disservice. Ironically, a defense team who have managed to increase the possible penalty their client faces.

The one caveat to all this of course is if ICA insisted upon this defense herself. She does seem to have a habit of telling lie after lie to cover up her previous lies.

And to the poster who said I was a lawyer from Scotland. No, I am not yet a lawyer. :)

Anyway thanks all. It's 1:50 AM here so I am off to bed!

if ICA got 30 years or Agg MS, how long would she actually be in prison?

What makes matters even worse Baez could have tried to plead her out from Day 32. Nite nite...thanks for phoning in.
