Bacquacil or Softsim ( same chemical/different brading by different companies....Arch Chemicals and BioLab...... are both biguanides. The chemical does have a -cl on the chemical - but not relevant as to levels like a salt (salt produces the chlorine sanitizer hypochlorous acid) as does a pool treated with either dichloro, calcium hypochlorite, or lithiium hypochlorite or trichlorisocyanuric acit. Those last ones............big chlorine. Biguanide, only elemental/small amount when BROKEN DOWN to it's elemental form

And this: Chloroform

Quote: ...or if exposed to sunlight or a flame, chloroform may decompose, with the formation of free hydrochloric acid, or the poisonous carbonyl chloride (Cocl2), or free chlorine, which is very irritating.

I disagree that someone who was molested is more likely to be a liar!

My answer came out wrong because I was having a hard time concentrating with the feedback problem.

What I meant was that many people diagnosed with antisocial personality disorders such as sociopaths or psychopaths (a major symptom of which is pathological lying) were molested as children; thus a history of child molestation would support the diagnosis of the disorder.

But Casey was not diagnosed with such a disorder, so even though her molestation claim fits part of the diagnosis, she nonetheless was not diagnosed as having any disorder.

Thus there is no psychological explanation that can be presented to explain her lying.

Really sorry that came out wrong.

I was so looking forward to hearing this tonight. I listened to last week and of course thought it was awesome. I was so disappointed when my feed kept coming in and out! Always when a question was asked that I really wanted to hear. Thats ok, I was wondering how long it takes for them to put it in the archive? I am not sure when last weeks showed up. Can't wait to hear it all. What I did hear was fascinating and I enjoyed it, just frustrated to hear it off and on, lol

By popular demand Richard Hornsby will be my guest this Sunday on Websleuths radio.

It might be a problem coaxing Richard out of shell but I'll do my best. :floorlaugh:

At showtime go to www.latalkradio.com and click on the big "Listen Live 2" button on the right of the page.

Showtime is Sunday nights 5PM Pacific, 6PM Mountain 7PM Central and 8PM Eastern.

The owner of La Talk Radio has assured me that our next show will not have any problems like last weeks show. Seems we surprised them with how many members came to listen.

If you missed last week's show go here http://www.latalkradio.com/Tricia.php then scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see it in the archives.

Please post your questions for Richard here.

Thank you.
Tricia

But that's supposedly where Caylee died...according to the DT.

Yes you're right...I was thinking back to the Frye hearings...
I am speculating with.. Caylee had more than 1 swimsuit one was left in the car one was left at, iirc, Chris S's house..a few more at home..

When Baez was talking about chloroform at the Frye hearings did he not state that Caylee's swim suit was left in the car after Caylee went swimming the pool in Tony L's apt complex pool? Even though she swam there in early June, iirc.
The pool at his apt. complex would most likely have chlorine
I don't remember Baez mentioning of the A's swimming pool..but I could be wrong..

-------------
I think you are right but the swimsuit could never hold the amount of Chloroform found in the trunk. :seeya:

:waitasec: Do you mean that you don't recall JB saying that in his opening statement this week that Caylee had drowned in their pool - or during the Frye hearings?

If I sounded like a true alien tonight, blame it on feedback. :yow:

:laughcry:

Mr. Hornsby acted like nothing was wrong. Impressive! :highfive:

RH...no chlorine used in pool. And, are you saying ICA used duct tape over the mouth and nose to "sedate" Caylee?

  • #390
Richard...what a good guy you are to come on WS radio on a holiday weekend. Did you enjoy it?

I have a note for those who are experiencing "repeat" syndrome when listening. I have found that when you lose the feed and you go to the page for the livefeed and click where it says click here for audio - what you get is a repeat of what has already taken place.

Do not click where it says click here. If you lose the feed, simply go up to the top addy bar, click the addy til it is highlighted blue and hit enter to reload. That is what has worked to help me hear as much as I have the last two weeks.

Not perfect by any means, but at least I seem to have heard more than many who were struggling with feed issues.

I didn't buy into those statements..
I've put swimsuits and wet towels in my vehicle many times and sometimes forgot to take them out...

IMHO...not long enough.

Not anywhere near long enough. *If* she ever does get out of prison it should be when she's too old and/or unable to do harm to anyone.

I only caught the last five minutes, but I'm pretty durned sure uklaw is the manager of the tow yard.

You can't fool Blaise.

Believe him. The feedback on our end was like no other. :grouphug:

Richard if you're still here...are you of the mind that there is NO WAY this trial will be 6-8 weeks?

:waitasec: Do you mean that you don't recall JB saying that in his opening statement this week that Caylee had drowned in their pool - or during the Frye hearings?

I was thinking..even though he has said Caylee died in the family pool if he will say that Casey left a spare swimsuit in the car and that produced the chloroform

BTW...I don't buy into any of this..
