Agree that the Dt has talked themselves into 1st degree murder with this

I wish I wouldve been able to listen live, so I could ask RH, are you going to be willing to be the attorney that takes this case on appeal?

  • #504
Tricia has a great radio voice....which I have known from past listening. So glad that
WS is having a returning "voice" regularly.

Rh sounds very young (in his profession), and exuberant ? . Love his passion, and have enjoyed his commentary, yet....

Tricia, I just listened to the show, and it was the BEST! I didn't notice the feedback, but I wasn't listening to the live show. Thank you so much for doing so much to help us here at Websleuths stay on top of our cases. And thanks for choosing a great guest like Richard Hornsby. He is so knowledgable about the issues we talk about, and knew the case very well. Hope he's on everytime. Loved it when you told him that if any of us ever got in trouble in Fla., he would be the one we called, day or night. LOL
It was great putting voices with names. Thanks again.

A little farther along in the broadcast,.....young, may have been wrong in my earlier description.......TY RH for joining WS and spending/sharing your time & opinion with us.

I generally do not like defense attornies, BUT I like Richard Hornsby! :D

Even thru the technical difficulties, YOU continue on your quest to make me sooo very Proud of You, Tricia!!! Many Thanks to our Wonderful Guests as well!

Question: At the risk of sounding totally naive, can the jury render their verdict before all the evidence is in? You know, the guilty verdict. :innocent:

NO... they cannot. BOTH sides have to present their case before the jury is even allowed to deliberate.

I just listened to the show! Thanks!

In addition to the fact that the Anthony's didn't use chlorine in their pool. They used Baquil(sp?)

If I recall correctly, in a recent pre-trial hearing, Dorothy Simms eluded to ICA leaving Caylee's swimsuit in the trunk from the day they spent time in the pool at TonE's.

BBM Just a bit backwards as ACETONE & CHLORINE can react in an exothermic reaction to create "chloroform".

The A's family pool was NOT controlled by a predominantly chlorine product, they used Baquacil.

Is it possible the A's were using chlorine in their pool in May/June and then switched to Baquacil? I'm JUST asking due to the 31 day delay
that there was before anyone found out Caylee was missing.

When the boxes with the baquacil were shown in the garage, it looked to be a pretty big load (like maybe it had just been delivered/stocked).

How about both of them on HLN weeknights at 8pm ET!!!!! :D

Isn't NG stepping down soon? Can you imagine WS in that slot instead? - that would be great!

IIRC, Dr G DID save a piece of Caylee's bone. Just don't remember which bone it was.

Oh, that's good to know. I've often wondered why the A's had Caylee cremated against KC's wishes. It seems they always did what they wanted to do.
Just one of those things that make me :waitasec:.

I'm feeling very unpopular but I can't help myself from asking the questions that come into my mind. Refraining from expressing myself just to be liked
is not in my nature. I'd rather be in the majority but I still have questions.

IIRC, the information presented by the grandparents was that they did NOT want a gravesite for Caylee as it would be come a memorial site/shrine/public access site. Never...again, IIRC, did they indicate that the felon-inmate provided ANY type of information regarding the disposal of Caylee's remains, just that we ALL got to hear JB read a statement from his client.:banghead:

:twocents: Oh yeah, just as a reminder............the felon-inmate was provided with the documentation from the OME and SHE chose to turn over the authority over Caylee's remains to HER PARENTS, probably because along with the authority to make plans regarding arrangements, comes the responsibility of payment! :maddening:

RH, sorry but I respectfully disagree that ICA was a good mother at all..sociopaths can put on an act in front of an audience. Thats all it was, IMO. They have to have all that positive feedback about how good they are or how special or how attractive..etc. Psych nurse here. Really enjoy your comments though. Thanks

AGREE!!

Like all people with mental illness, there are those that are low-functioning, mid-functioning and high-functioning.

A low-functioning sociopath is akin to the "dumb criminal" stories that you read about. Casey is a mid to high-functioning person with sociopathic traits IMO which is how she was able to lie for years and not be questioned. It's the veritable house of cards that finally comes toppling down when disturbed at the foundation.

Yes, I know the psychiatrists didn't diagnose her with mental illness. But I have to pause based on her deceptive actions over years, lack of remorse and willingness to destroy anyone in her path. Maybe she was just really good at fooling the neuropsych tests? Was she evaluated by a garden variety psychiatrist or an actual forensic psychiatrist?

BBM That we know of. I suspect that the two mental health experts that were inexplicable dropped from the DT witness list may very well have diagnosed some serious issues. And the Anthony attorney Mr. Lippman even goes so far as to say so in several media appearances within the last two months.

at to the rest of your post, I agree. Serious issues exist.
