Thought and theories on Jeremy

Funny how Jeremy offered up DB for polygraphing but avoided it himself. I will forecast he will never and would never have submitted to a poly. He is way too paranoid to do such a thing. If he isn't involved in Lisa's demise, DB should be scared to death to be alone in the house with him...as he is the suspicious type and DB would be the first in line for his wrath.

imo, he has to have a handle on what went down in that house regarding Lisa. DB is able to keep him calm...but it is a matter of time before he explodes.
I think the custody of his son weighs on him to how to react.

The "intruder" was very lucky they did'nt get their head blown off or beat with a bat.:maddening:

Not posting at you, just jumping off here, OK?
Yep, this "intruder" appears to be about the luckiest "intruder" I've ever seen actually. Intruder not only picked the only night that Jeremy Irwin had ever worked at night but also picked a night when Lisa's mother decided to have a drinking party on the front porch. It is also miraculous that the house was not only unlocked but the lights were on to welcome the intruder inside and the cell phones were laid out on the kitchen counter just waiting for a pickup. And...........the neighbor's dog as well as the dog belonging to the homeowner decided to go deaf and dumb on that night. And...........a baby just happened to laying there for the taking, even though a baby monitor was on, mother didn't hear or see a thing because she was passed out in her bedroom with all of the "home protection" equipment propped in the corner. This "intruder" must have been born with a four-leaf clover in his mouth.
This "intruder" should have bought a lottery ticket that day instead of stealing someone's baby.

I would rob banks.

Doing that outside in the dirt or mud would be stupid. Standing a gun muzzle down indoors is strange but it won't hurt anything.

I know it doesn't hurt anything but usually the heavy stock end is propped with the barrel pointing upward. It would be very easy for the rifle to fall propped on the barrels that way. I'm also a bit surprised that these rifles were in the corner of the bedroom with three small children around them.

I agree with you. Some of us went over this months ago about the children's access to these guns. You can't tell from the picture if there are trigger locks installed or if the ammunition is stored in a safe place. JMO.

... and the baby never made a sound/cried... and the two brothers didn't hear him enter (fall thru a window lol) or leave the house... and they didn't wake up when the lights were turned on... !!

bbm1 - Please explain how Jeremy did this??

bbm2 - What are you basing that 'opinion' on??

Yep...This person had the skills of a ninja.

I wonder why Jeremy never said oh and they stole all the wine we bought for a family function?

:floorlaugh:

He knew darn well that DB was going to drink it. It didn't seem to upset him that DB was spending $$ on wine, when they didn't have $$ to pay their cell phone bill.

I'll even be so bold as to say that JI knew DB was going to lie about her drinking. :what:

I thought PN bought the wine for her? Isn't that why he went to the store with her?

Do you believe LE puts things neatly back where they found it after being searched?

I asked a question, b/c I didn't know to what you were alluding. So you aren't questioning their gun & bat ownership as much as where they were typically kept?

I've never had LE search my house, so I don't really have much to base an opinion on, as far as putting things back when they are done.

Wasn't he caught on camera giving money to her? I thought I read that somewhere (or it was speculated based on a report).

I believe at the end of the festival foods video DB can be seen handing PN something.

Maybe she owed him money and was paying him back? Maybe he gave her money to buy the wine and she was giving him back the change.

Correct, the assumption is the way the house was seen was the same state it was before the search, when I don't think this is the case. In the case of the guns, how do we know they were not in a closet? Would LE put them back in their original location or just leave them in a certain spot when they were done with them?

Idk. .. do you have a link? Did we ever actually see him give her money or PN paying at the register?
