Thought and theories on Jeremy

Not just so there is one less kid.. . to get revenge on DB, to cut ties with DB. We keep hearing from DB how BL is the link that holds their family together. Maybe that's true.

.
I think it is more like.. Lisa was the link that allowed DB to live there.

What was JI very FIRST story when he came home?

  • What happened when Jeremy came home:
    • Found door unlocked, lights on, window open in computer room with screen jacked up. Went and “checked on boys” then went and checked on Lisa. Lisa not in crib, went into master bedroom, Lisa not in bed with mom so he asked Deborah “where is Lisa”. Running around house, screaming Lisa’s name, Deborah stayed with boys in house, Jeremy looks outside. Cell phones gone.
    • Found door unlocked, lights on, window open in computer room, tried to close window, screen jacked up. Checked on “boy” in own bedroom, checked on Lisa, not in crib, went into master bedroom, Lisa not in there but Michael in bed with Deborah. Deborah hard to wake up. Asks “where is Lisa”. Running around house, screaming Lisa’s name. Cell phones gone. Uses Jeremy’s work cell phone in his pocket.
    • Found door unlocked, lights on, window open in computer room, screen jacked up. Checked on “boy” in own bedroom, goes straight to master bedroom, finds Deborah and Michael in bed, wakes Deborah up and asks about lights and door. Goes to Lisa’s room and finds her missing, comes back to master bedroom, tells Debbie Lisa is not in crib. Running around house, uses Jeremy’s work cell phone.
    • Versions 4.0.1: no, comes home, finds door unlocked, lights on, goes straight to master bedroom, wakes up Deborah (no mention of hard to wake her up, or she’s “shaking to” like a hung over wino), “talked for a couple of minutes”. THEN he mentions the door was unlocked, and the lights were on – Debbie immediately jumps up startled like something is wrong. THEN they find Lisa is gone from her crib. (interesting, no? )

Lotsa different versions huh?

I think JI is paranoid among a bunch of other things. I also believe he has a temper to rival no others.

If you watch the interview of JI's parents, they seem very reserved , unemotional & stoic,as well. It made more sense when I watched it again after finding out they supposedly never knew Lisa, the way Mr Irwin doesn't describe LISA when asked about her, but gives a rather generic answer. I go back & forth with Jeremy, sometimes I think he was involved, sometimes I think he suspects, but is trying to believe her. The last (real short) interview I saw him do on our local channel KCTV5, I definitely got weird vibes off of ... his body language, the sniffing & touching his mouth, the hesitation with the word "missing", the way his eyes spazzed out when the reporter says the word "innocent"... to me, it almost seemed like he was subconsciously glancing at DB when she said the word.

Yes, Jeremy has lots of versions, just like DB. I think JI is very happy to have Joe T working for him.

They both make the same mistakes in telling their own stories. They start out explaining what "I" did and then suddenly turn to then "We" went and checked. There is NO good reason to change pronouns...because when you are going from visual you remain constant in the who. When you are are making it up, the pronouns switch up.

They both did this and indicated to me they want shared responsibility in who found Lisa missing. They are sticking together and not letting anyone part them...for fear of a parsed word.

Why does/did JI give up his parents and sister for DB? Why would he not let his own family see Lisa? This is a man with very deep issues. He is very troubled. He was troubled prior to Lisa vanishing.

Great thread idea, by the way.

I also go back and forth on questions about JI and if he knew anything, what he knew, when he knew. I do think that it is very possible that something could have happened to Lisa either Sunday night or Monday. There is no verification that anyone saw Lisa during this time. For all we know, Lisa could have passed away and disposed of the night before this incident (Sunday night). Or, there was all day Monday. No one knows what these people did Monday before JI went to his night job. Also, weren't the little boys in school during this time? I mean, if JI and DB were alone in the house with Lisa, who knows what could have happened?

I don't take too much stock in how JI acts because none of us know him and it sounds from some sources that this is just the way he acted before Lisa went missing. But, I do see a terrible amount of pain in his face. I don't see that in DB's face. Even when she is crying, I'm amazed at how quickly she recovers from it. And, is she crying because someone took Lisa away, or is she crying because she accidentally caused Lisa to die? JI, on the other hand, looks absolutely miserable.

And, it is odd that they both seem to be so connected at the hip. The majority of these type of cases tear a marriage apart, rather than bring them closer. So, is this because one is lying and the other totally believes them. Or, is it because an accident happened that they were both involved in and so they are bound by that connection, like John and Patsy Ramsey?

I don't know the answer for sure, but I sure hope that someone finds out sooner rather than later. Lisa deserves to be found!

I agree w/ everything in this great post except JI looking pained or miserable. I have a hard time reading him, but, I do feel he was involved in Lisa's disappearance &/or the cover-up afterwards.

J sure liked that idea of the window. He focused on it during the 911. Why did he not mention the door was unlocked?

It appears to me that was their story. They were both going to say the bad guy came through that window and left by the front door (indicating the front door had been locked).

When the window was proven as not likely the entry. Both dismissed that window and then the memory of the front door came to fruition.

How do you know it isn't the parents that have issues??

What strikes me the most about the video is how he seems to be seeking shelter, safety, cover. He stays inside the door, inside his house so he can slam the door if he needs to doesn't step out to talk with the reporter on level ground, wears a baseball cap inside.

Maybe a personality thing or something they learned the hard way dealing with intrusive reporters.

What makes you say this about his temper (I believe it - just asking)?

My gut instincts. I have had to observe and record behaviors of many kinds of mentally ill people and criminals in my time.

..LOL..it's a personality thing. He is a very fearful person.
