people know about multiple attempts of jason trying to murder his wife. that has to be hard for jake to reconcile with the virtuous jason that he thinks he knows.

Well, DeputyDawg, I thought I was doing you a favor. Analyze it any way you wish.

I've changed my password to make it more difficult to hack. I now use letters, numbers, u/l case. Do what you'd like.

I'm not interested in catching the hacker. I just want it to stop. It doesn't matter where the victim is: the perp is in Wake County. I've got evidence of three hacking attempts. LE is aware.

But your comment I bolded above? You wouldn't be directly or indirectly accusing an old man such as myself as being remotely interested in hacking into your WS account? Is that what you meant by your comment?

Have you alerted the WS owner, etc. as well? I'm sure she'd be more than happy to get to the bottom of such an alleged crime as well!

I'm sure he has REASON to be afraid! I can't believe he or JY do not have even one source in Raleigh who is letting them know what's going on. I believe that they either hear it and refuse to believe it or the sources in Raleigh are afraid to tell them. just a guess on my part

From what I've heard, I believe that jy may have had friends in Raleigh to begin with but over time this support has waned.

Quite interesting, isn't it? He knows that if he were to discuss it here, he could clear up a lot of possible "misinformation" and we could move on. Longer he delays, the more often it comes up. Just human nature, don't you think?

I totally agree sir!!!! I'm just that way-whenever anyone doesn't want to answer questions it just makes me suspicious. Hey, maybe that's where JY gets it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And where was your answer regarding whether you were accusing me of such a crime? Don't want to answer that, just as you don't want to talk about Dr. Godwin. It must really tork you that people in NC are spilling more and more info. As many others have mentioned, you've been quite defensive lately.

What is your purpose here again? How are you trying to help Jason seek justice for Michelle and their unborn son? Were you chosen to be the designated family spokesperson since everyone else is following legal advice and doesn't talk about Jason's predicament as the only known POI?

Glad you reposted his original response. He says the "perp" is in Wake County. So LE has already solved his hacking case? You know who the hacker is? Jake? Why don't you go ahead and tell us who it is? You know that posting truthful information will save you from any lawsuits, right?
And has WS been notified so that the person can be banned permanently?

1. apparently jake thinks that he has been hacked because people found out that dr. godwin (a profiler, known as "popcorn" to posters at CTV) has been working on the case on jason's behalf (presumably at jake's expense after a large loan was taken out). the fishers had declined dr. g's services. rumor

2. it has come to light, so to speak, that multiple witnesses saw jason at birchleaf the night of the murder. he was illuminated. it was jason. fact

3. jason tried to kill michelle at least 2 times before the fatal bludgeoning. fact

jake has had a very bad day. i think that it is dawning on him that jason killed michelle and was not a virgin in college. he needs time to regroup. presumption

if jake wants to talk about hacking, he should:

a. look to his motley crew and ask about photobucket piracy and violation of confidential profile account info (yes, LE has been notified). fact

b. use mark hacking as an example and have jason end the charade and confess to killing michelle. a jury is not going to look to kindly on a man who tried to kill his wife and unborn baby more than twice and succeeded on the third try. extremely strong hunch

I have a question ( most probally already asked) Was the business trip planned? Or was he visiting family? Or a spur of the moment "I'm going on a trip".

Howdy. The business trip was planned. Don't know for how long in advance.

I believe the decision for the family trip was made sometime Thursday. His mom knew about it then. I was told Jason talked to Michelle about it when he called her at 9 and again at 11 that Thursday night.

We've talked about this before. No big secret about the trip, though. Why are you interested?
