No, I don't think he was trying to kill himself. IMHO

So....what? He was willing to risk death in order to "possibly" kill his wife? Maybe that makes sense to you...?

once again, you screwed up other posters quotes. jake. this is jake, isn't it?
it is not difficult - use the quote button and do not begin your post until AFTER the quote brackets.

theories develop and evolve during the course of an investigation as more facts become known.

let's see, grab your calendars, what date was that boat trip where jason tried to drown michelle?

Does this mean you give up already on your pre-planned murder plot?

Okay, I'll get you started. Several months in advance...who knows how long... he planned for the antique furniture to be at his mom's house so he could have an excuse to visit that fateful Friday.

Now your turn: why don't you explain the Coach purse Christmas present. How long in advance did he start that plan? Remember, he spent some time in advance getting advice from Michelle's friends and his friends and family.

I don't believe he put himself in jeopardy. I believe he had that covered. Didn't that car have air bags? Do you know if they disabled hers due to her preganancy. I'm just wondering. I heard a rumor.

It seems that there were two water "accidents". That raises the liklihood that they may not have been so accidental. I'm not sure that is proof but it is certainly things that make ya go "hmmmmmmmmm".

Oh, and they were months apart, or so I've been told. (IMO and all that.)

Its interesting that you reference this Stoli. I have heard the same, both water related, one vehicular, one from a boat last summer. Yes it makes one go hmmmmm...there are other coincidences if you think about it.

that's exactly what he did in the early morning hours of nov 3rd. he risked death (by execution) by killing michelle.

Well, DeputyDawg, I thought I was doing you a favor. Analyze it any way you wish.

I've changed my password to make it more difficult to hack. I now use letters, numbers, u/l case. Do what you'd like.

Seriously??? Again I say....seriously!

Personally, I think this is another of Jake's veiled threats quite honestly. He seems to be under the impression that hacking is not a crime and has admitted to doing it himself here on a public forum. What he also does not realize is that a pm box is indeed a private affair assigned to an individual's private account - therefore the assumption of privacy holds true.

No one is giving him what he wants, but he knows it is here so he makes threats just like he has done everywhere else he has posted. He is afraid of what people in Raleigh know and more importantly what they share (but not with him) and for some unknown reason believes his threats can stop what he does not want known. JMO.

After reading here the past couple of days, I agree totally with RC!

Wait a minute. Wasn't it supposed to be an anniversary present? The third anniversary being Leather and all? Seems as if I remember reading that somewhere. Of course, it was late...

1. apparently jake thinks that he has been hacked because people found out that dr. godwin (a profiler, known as "popcorn" to posters at CTV) has been working on the case on jason's behalf (presumably at jake's expense after a large loan was taken out). the fishers had declined dr. g's services. rumor

2. it has come to light, so to speak, that multiple witnesses saw jason at birchleaf the night of the murder. he was illuminated. it was jason. fact

3. jason tried to kill michelle at least 2 times before the fatal bludgeoning. fact

jake has had a very bad day. i think that it is dawning on him that jason killed michelle and was not a virgin in college. he needs time to regroup. presumption

if jake wants to talk about hacking, he should:

a. look to his motley crew and ask about photobucket piracy and violation of confidential profile account info (yes, LE has been notified). fact

b. use mark hacking as an example and have jason end the charade and confess to killing michelle. a jury is not going to look to kindly on a man who tried to kill his wife and unborn baby more than twice and succeeded on the third try. extremely strong hunch

Excellent Saint........Thank you!!

do your own legwork on your bogus theories, jake. i'm not doing it.

the Coach purse has been called a present for a variety of holidays or reasons: anniversary, christmas, baby diaper bag, gift for MM or a quilt gift to MY because of screwing MM.

now the used baby furniture which then became nursery decorations are now
antiques?

as i have stated before, jason was not very smart. he made blunders. those blunders will cost him his freedom.

Thank you Saint! My computer went down for about an hour , bad storm here. I just now saw your reply. Alot to take in, for sure.
Very very scarey stuff!
Yes JY should be a man, for once in his miserable life, and fess up and save further grief on his family and friends. If he could just stop this charade! Does he truely believe he can get away with this crime?

Thanks so much Saint! You are a Saint!

Your memory is correct. JTf posted that it was an anniversary present. That was later changed to a Christmas present when it was noted by posters that it would have been a late anniversary gift.

Great post RC! Thanks.........!!

Wake up. That's another piece of misinformation that has snuck onto the board. The anniversary gift was something else.

you have tampered w/ my quote. i can't see the image you posted but i did NOT post an image at websleuths.

i will take this up with the moderator.

you are playing a dangerous game jake. many of us have screen captures of your nastiness and that of your cohorts at RU.

i'd stop right now. Mother wouldn't like what you've been posting.

Thanks for reassuring me that I have not gone stark, raving bonkers...
