I believe that the purchase has already been traced, to a MillardAir employee, and I doubt that employee paid for the transaction out of his own pocket, it would have been charged to a MillardAir account.
And wayne millard knew about this purchase of course, and that the item was delivered to his son's farm property? I wonder if other things such as car kits were also charged to millardair?
Where there any employees working at the new hangar in July 2012? Or was it just DM's romper room at that time?
Chris Wood announced it by email on Dec. 4, 2012: "Wayne Millard passed away on Thursday last week, and his son Dellan (sic) has decided to shut down the business. All employees were laid off as of today.
In regards to the incinerator, I doubt the courts will care who called in the order, who signed for it's delivery or why it was purchased. It's not illegal to buy an incinerator no matter who thinks there would be no use for it. If there is evidence of TB's body in it and it was on the farm, that's all they will care about. The only way I can see that it would make a difference why he bought it would be if there was evidence that it was used for LB and it was there only way to prove first degree. Even then, if it was purchased after LB died, it wouldn't prove her murder was planned and deliberate, only that perhaps it was purchased specifically to destroy the body. They may think it was used for her as well, but I have to wonder why they would have gone back and dug up the farm if there was actual evidence showing that it was used for her.

The MillardAir employees were there until December 4, 2012.

Pretty sure the prosecution, particularly for the LB case, is very interested in all of the details of the purchase and delivery of the incinerator and will be presenting them in court.
MOO
How many were employed in July 2012? What positions did they hold?

Really? Wow, I sure hope they have a lot more than that for their case. JMO
That information wasn't included in the story. If you didn't save that information when it was available, sorry, I can't help you.
So you can't answer the original question then. The link you provided does not tell us if anyone was employed at MillardAir in July 2012.
I wonder if DM was following the news about Tim's and Laura's disappearances like Rafferty did with Victoria Stafford? There was a missing poster for Tim Bosma outside of his home.

Pardon? If they weren't laid off until December 2012, then they were still there in July 2012. According to AB, 3 maintenance people were already hired in August 2011. Some of the executives resumes said they were there for a year. I answered your original question. You asked how many and what their positions were. I told you I couldn't help you. The reasons I can't help you is because one - as SnooperDuper said, those people are not to be sleuthed, and two - because if something can't be linked here, it can't be posted.

Kamille one has to wonder. Although MA had hired employees, were they given a start date but had not officially started working in the hangar? If they gave their previous employers notice of their plans to go to MA, their employers could have kept them on until business actually started coming in for MA. Doesn't sound like it ever got started. The bare bones hanging out at the hangar could have been friends or people DM knew and had hired.
WM being a frugal man would not want to have to pay 20+ employees big bucks for sitting around with no business coming in kwim. MOO.
In July 2011, the firm secured a building permit for a $6.4 million hangar on two hectares owned by the public. Construction launched on the red-roofed building. The hangar secured an occupancy permit in February 2012. However, the bold plan to service jetliners never took off.
Wayne Millard died on Nov. 29, 2012. Chris Wood announced it by email on Dec. 4, 2012: "Wayne Millard passed away on Thursday last week, and his son Dellan (sic) has decided to shut down the business. All employees were laid off as of today. Jeff (Schelling, regional government lawyer) will be discussing the next steps with the bank and Millard's legal council. There is never a dull moment around here, that's for sure."

Maybe the problem is reporters trying to get pictures, or even draw her into conversation. If that is the reason, it will get much worse once the court case actually starts, which is a shame.
