Thank you Hoping for that article you linked. I read it and something stuck out to me. There seems to be a pattern in articles as to when the accused arrived (9:20pm) and when they left (9:30pm) with TB. If my calculation is correct, it appears DM and MS were at the Bosma's for approximately 10 minutes. This tells me SB was very observant and she somehow noted as to when they arrived and then left.

IMO ten minutes is a decent amount of time DM and MS could have been in her presence. We know TB had tucked their little one into bed that night, therefore SB may not have had any distractions and could have been involved in the discussion of the truck. SB based her times accordingly; how late the perps were when they showed up at her door being as they were late, how long they hung around and then when she saw them leave in TB's truck together.

I have no doubt she is mistaken or wrong in identifying the perps. And I have no doubt the business owner is mistaken either. There is a legit answer out there as to the box around DM's tattoo. That will be answered during trial no doubt. JMO.

The three pulled out of Bosma’s Trinity Road driveway around 9:30 p.m., with the Yukon trailing behind.

Tim was supposed to meet two men that Monday night, but they were late, so he was able to tuck his 2½-year-old daughter into bed.

Tim had posted an online advertisement to sell his truck and two men, who said they were from Toronto, showed up at 9:20 p.m. Monday to take it for a test drive. Tim went with them.[/I]

BBM Perhaps because LE had there doubts about the third suspect but were playing it safe and being cautious. They had their two main suspects who could have been a threat to the public. MOO.

SUSPECT NO. 3

The only person Hamilton police are still hunting down in the Bosma case.

Not much is known about this suspect. Not even if it is a man or a woman.

Police have said Bosma’s truck was followed by a second vehicle the night he was abducted. That vehicle was a dark blue Yukon SUV owned by Dellen Millard, according to police. They say only a driver was inside.

Police have not released a description of the driver, nor have they said what role they played in Bosma’s murder.

Superintendent Dan Kinsella did cryptically say, after announcing the arrest of the second murder suspect, that, “We believe the danger to the public has been arrested, and we believe the danger to the public has subsided as it relates to this case.”

So they were late to see Tim's truck? How late I wonder?

Found this article tonight

http://images.halinet.on.ca/OakvilleImages/Images/OI002511251pf_0009.pdf

Never hear this before..

At the Smich home, a woman who’d sat in a
van used by investigators emerged and rushed
into the house. She did not answer the door
to media. Phone calls to the home were not
answered

Here is the link for this story. I read it recently too.

Smich was arrested on foot Wednesday morning on Dorval Drive in Oakville just after 10 a.m., one hour before a memorial service for the slain Ancaster man began in Hamilton.
Neighbour Stephania Capeloa, who lives across the street, said she saw a 10-person tactical team barge through the front door of Smich's home.

Capeloa said officers used what looked like tear gas. While she didn't know Smich personally, she said, "The house always had people out on the front porch."

Fanny Colin, another neighbour, told the Oakville Beaver her son-in-law has had problems with Smich and his dog, which she says caused issues when off-leash.

At the video link here, CTV shows a specific area in the woods and the camera zooms in. This is from the Ayr property farm, I believe. There is a large tarp on the ground. I don't remember seeing this footage before. Starting @0:29.

I just found out where these images come from. They are from when MORE remains were discovered in the wooded area near DM's farm. So I'm gonna hazard a guess that the remains belong to Tim Bosma's body. LE were emphasizing that only "one set of human remains" were recovered at the Ayr property. I was always thinking that these were Laura's remains.

From the "one set of human remains" thread.

I wonder where exactly these other remains were discovered? I will look for a map but will need some help with this.

Found a map by Snooperduper. What is the boundary of DM's property? Were the tents set up on one of more other properties?

This 3rd person has to be a woman! IMO

Every man would have had continue to be a threat. IMO

Police confirmed they are looking for two outstanding suspects in Bosma’s death, after he took two men for a test drive in his 2007 Dodge Ram on May 6. It is believed he was followed by a second vehicle.

Earlier, police said they were looking for at least two suspects, but have not explained how they came to the definitive number.

Hamilton police’s lead homicide investigator, Det.-Sgt. Matt Kavanagh, told the Hamilton Spectator he does not believe the public is in any danger.

“You’ll just have to trust me on this,” he said when asked to explain.

If these are more of Tim's remains, this tells me that he was not fully incinerated at all. How were these remains discovered?

Police confirmed for the first time on Tuesday that his remains were found at the sprawling Waterloo farm purchased by Millard in May 2011.

At the rolling, grassy property partly covered in dense woods, a search was concluded on Tuesday, said Hamilton police Const. Debbie McGreal.

Large tents had been taken down and only two cruisers guarded the scene. Outside the front gate, a small memorial held now-withered flowers.

Police have denied earlier reports that additional remains were found at the farm over the weekend.

The property is sooo huge! What do you want with such a spacious property??? The dream house would have been completely lost.

FWIW I truly believe that DM intended to build a dream house for he and his fiancé on that property. IMO he made a concentrated effort in 2011 to at least appear to be leaving his partying ways behind for his upcoming nuptials. However, he was the same person then. If he turns out to be a serial killer, I can't imagine the relief that woman will be feeling to have dodged that bullet (no pun intended).

I did a google map search and came upon this. This is the intersection of Trinity Road south and Wilson Street west Hamilton. I notice the cameras on the street light standards. Could this be where LE retrieved the surveillance of the Yukon following TB's truck? MOO.

Huge in Germany maybe , but not here, plus the fact that a house and yard only takes up one acre and you can rent the rest of the farm land out for $40-$100 per acre per year

A "huge" farm on the Canada Prairies is 10,000 - 15,000 acres , a "large" one is 5,000 acres , a small one is 1,000 , a "tiny" one is 400.

I also believe, that he bought the property for building his dream house - why not. Btw I'm always hoping DM isn't the serial killer/killer. Unfortunately ABro says, there is enough evidence and DM-believer will wake up sometime. Urgh.

I wonder what happened between DM and his ex that would cause their falling out after such a huge purchase though? Then he shaves his head and takes off to Baja.

Personally, I don't believe every opinion I hear. I think even though she may have heard what some of the evidence against him is, she probably has not heard what the defence is. It's easy to pick sides when you've only heard one side of the story, in my opinion. Didn't she also say the opposite, that she can see why people who know him don't believe he can be guilty? Those are both just one person's opinion, I prefer to think for myself, and believe in encouraging others to do the same. MOO
