I also believe, that he bought the property for building his dream house - why not. Btw I'm always hoping DM isn't the serial killer/killer. Unfortunately ABro says, there is enough evidence and DM-believer will wake up sometime. Urgh.
I for one very much appreciate ABro's knowledge she has about this case, I believe her knowledge runs very deep and hopefully one day we will have the privedge of reading a book about this case, produced by her. More telling though FromGermany is the fact the Attorney General has made the rare decision of heading straight to trial, omitting the preliminary hearing. I'm going with the possibility that the evidence is overwhelming, thus her decision.

The two men accused in the murder of Ancaster man Tim Bosma will be going straight to trial, without the usual first step of a preliminary hearing.
Its very extremely rare as the vast overwhelming majority of cases, including most high profile ones, go to the preliminary hearing route, Millards lawyer Ravin Pillay said.
It has many benefits to the administration of justice. The Crown can better understand the prospect of conviction and defence can understand the evidence. Other charges can be laid or withdrawn.
The provision is there if there is a solid case and justice will be better served by going directly to trial, Meilleur said Wednesday.
Its not often that this happens. Its a special procedure.
