I stand by my statements about TM 150%. Doesn't mean I don't want to read the interview. I don't believe a thing Cobra says but I read his interviews. Ya never know when a nugget might glean through. I do still absolutely think TM should stay out of the media and keep his thoughts to himself, especially since they contradict LE. And I don't need Tim Miller to validate squat for me.

Thank you ITA!

In the begining it was reported. Sorry Elle1919 I do not remember what news agency reported this info. Also we here at WS discussed it in nurmerous threads.

Thank you TM. I have read at a few different places that LE have since retracted their statement about Joe O. and added that no-one was cleared. I will see if I can find the article where I read that though. Give me a few minutes, I know I just read it in the past month because it described that investigators recently went back and talked with Joe and Joe's mother as well...and that the FBI made a trip to talk with him also. Darn it, give me a few minutes...lol

Does it seem to indicate to anyone else that his behavior is truly that of a parent that loves and protects? I have wondered how this family has survived with the obvious dysfunctions and I am wondering if it is Hank Sr. that has been the glue for that family. The mother's statements could indicate a previously strained relationship between herself and Misty or jealousy of Hank Sr.'s and Misty's relationship. Lisa's behavior with Tommy indicates to me that they have a special bond ( in crime also) and that her statements against Misty and Ron are misguided because of favoritism between these parents and there children.

I don't know a lot about the Croslin family dynamics, but I recall reading that Misty was an abuse victim and that she and some other family members were homeless for a while. I'd like to read a reputable source on these matters if someone can recommend one. Thanks.

Misty said that during the layered voice analysis. There also was an arrest a couple years back and that guy is still in jail.

Thanks, Flossie. I guess I'd like a source that wasn't just Misty, for the obvious reason that her credibility is so poor at this point. Or even just a source that quotes her or her relatives on the record.

I understand where you are coming from. I believe that since Misty was a juvenile those records might be sealed, I'm not sure. Being that the perpetrator is still serving a sentence he wouldn't have yet been required to register as a sex offender right? Someone here must know what he is serving a sentence for. Anyone?

Maybe Misty is covering for her brother. Why did Tommy wait to mention he stopped over the mobile home that night to see if Misty were there?

Why did Ronald wait to talk about the bed being unmade, or calling Tommy that night to see if Misty was at Tommy's house? Why did he never mention that there were dirty clothes in the dryer? Why would he put a gun in his mouth in front of his child and Tim Miller?

I think Tommy waited because he was trying to impede a missing child investigation. Simple as that.

As far as Ronald waiting to talk about the bed being unmade or calling the Croslin's home to see if Misty was there that night or not mentioning that there was no laundry detergent for washing blankets, it is clear that Ronald told the only people he was required to tell, Law Enforcement. Have they came out and told us that Ronald was inconsistent? That Ronald was withholding information, if they have I haven't read that press release.

As far as the gun story I can only say that I hope DCF is investigating that accusation and there will be a resolution as to what they have decided about the incident. I also hope that someone has directed Ronald to a grief counselor because if he hasn't sought professional help since his child went missing he really needs to begin a relationship with someone that will not broadcast his personal conversations to the media. Oh, good point. Duh. I hadn't thought of that.

He was a sixteen year old boy. Misty was fourteen. She testified against him in the Court and they tried him as an adult. I believe he got eight years for Sexual Battery in a state prison...IIRC.

......makes you wonder what RC would have got...if she decided to press charges..

Did Tim Miller cover the the statutory rape angle in his interview with Levi? I might have missed it. I did catch only the last ten minutes or so of the show. Finally someone drawing a correlation between Haleigh's disappearance and and the ages of Ronald and Misty. Could I get a recap of what was discussed...TIA

Misty did NOT testify against him.

The boy took a plea bargain and STILL got eight and a half years and is required to register as a sex offender.

Since you listed the charges, there is a HUGE difference between Misty and Ron's relationship and what that person did to Misty. Just look at that person's charges - Lewd, Lascivious battery sex w/victim 12-15 years old; F.S. 800.04(4)(a)

However, we are not allowed to discuss that case, per Animal so we should probably just drop this discussion.

I agree, but since this is the Tim Miller interview thread, I was speaking of only him. :)

LOL, thanks Flossie, I don't know why my posts seem to be singled out to be taken out of context. :)
