To put it into a better perspective, TM and his volunteers, equipment, etc. would not invest all the time and money on a request to come to FL. just to take $321. Like lg said, equipment was wrecked; the list is endless what they all went through to try and find Caylee, then the OS-no rehash needed. TM deserves $100,000 and then some. jmo.

I believe Tim took a donation jar with about $321 in it. I think CA spaz's about that on her extremely nasty voicemail she'd left for Tim.
Also, I agree with logicalgirl. The reason for this lawsuit is that a lot of money and time was wasted in a fruitless search for a live Caylee. JB messed up KC's life with his opening statement. Since he said that (some?) of the Anthony family, including KC knew Caylee was dead from the beginning, that means that they called TES in fraudulently. They made TES turn down other families and almost bankrupted them. IIRC, TES spent nearly $100,000 in the search for Caylee.

The thing is, those are the words of CA who wouldn't tell the truth about anything either. I of coarse don't remember this (whats new LOL), but it wouldn't surprise me one bit that TM never stepped in front of a donation jar of any sort with a 10 foot pole much less snatch one up. To me it just shows the love of money this family has over anyone or anything else in this world. Poor Baby Caylee.

Didn't TM also wreck a piece of equipment during that search also? One of the reasons he stopped the swamp search - that and being afraid one of the horses or searchers would step on her tiny bones under water if they searched without being able to see where they were walking...and he was right - they would have.

Thanks again Steely. Poor TM, people were sending nasty grams and asking for their donations back and TM sent them back, yet he steals a donation jar? I don't care what that woman says. It Never Happened. I hope that people realize now that TM isn't what the Anthony's portrayed him to be. Aaannnd TM forgives CFCA. WOW. He has more class then I do as I'll never forgive any of the Anthony's or defense for violating Caylee the way they did and continue to do. There's no excuse , absolutely no excuse for these people. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.

Yes, yes, I do clearly remember all this now - TM would NEVER take a donation jar, but do you hear how CA used her words, she tried to blame him, but then lumped in the rest of 'his crew' into it, as to somehow remove herself from any type of libel/slander-she has selective memory, his crew were also made up of local volunteers that would not just help themselves to money in those jars.

Yes, the vodka bottle utterance, I think she also made mention of him doing his business in the bushes too. He genuinely tried to help, but got the rath ten fold which was beyond a crying shame.

In retospect now, those words of finding an alive Caylee sure says it all, along with the freudian slip mentioning 'the woods' and the words of TM. I stand behind him 110%. Good man.

I remember! Tim said his ATV's were getting bogged down as soon as they got inot the wet area. it was deep too like 2-3 feet. He was afraid the ATV would run over the body and ruin a crime scene or damage the remains which is true and would have ahppened since that is where she was dumped. He said he would return after it dried out and i think it had been dry about 2 weeks at the most when Kronk found little Caylee.

I think Casey was trying to give Lee tips where to look w/o outright admitting the location. I think the cops for the most part got this case right on the money.

Let's say Tim did take the jar. He's spending over $100,000 so the donations SHOULD go to him anyway. It's like accusing someone of stealing their own stuff. It's just so weird.

Before I say this. I want everyone to know this is only a theory. I have no real evidence to prove this, but I think CA wanted him out there looking. I think CA wanted him out there looking because she knew that's where Caylee was buried and she wanted to be able to say that area was searched by TES and nothing was found. Then she could send someone out later on to find the bag and make it disappear. Tim's refusal to search that one area screwed up her game and it made her livid. The one place she WANTED, IMO, searched was where Caylee's body was. She was probably sure that they couldn't find it under that much water, and then wouldn't come back after the water receded.
