I don't understand why Wites keeps burying himself with this. TES never looked for a living Caylee, so it really doesn't matter if Casey said she was alive.

I agree with you. however, if OCA called 911 on the 16th of june of 2008 for her "drowned" child, TES never would have spent 100k USD searching for her remains.

And I agree with you, although we all know that Caylee didn't actually drown and that Casey never said she did. I see big problems with this case. I hope TES will prevail but I have serious doubts.

Interesting, Baez got up and made this claim in his opening statements. KC didnt actually say it but she didn't have to because the lawyer representing her said that this is what happened and he was SUPPOSED to be presumed honest as per his oath. That would mean JB lied to CA, as CA stated KC wanted her to know first how Caylee died. He did not say Caylee drowned as a theory, JB specifically said Caylee died on June 16, 2008 when she drowned in the family pool. Just because KC did not testify, she has not come forward in public and stated anything differently. Really does not matter how Caylee died to TES just that KC admitted through her attorney that Caylee died on June 16, 2008 and KC lied about the kidnapping. So defense and SA now agree Caylee was dead on June 16th which they both already knew.

Obviously juries have more of an issue with people lying than they do with the death of a child from the results of the murder trial. And let's face it KC will be asked to give a deposition in this case as well. Unless she comes up with another version we are stuck with the drowning excuse. jmo

aaaahhhhh,

IRS debt on taxes not paid on $200,000 sale of Caylee's photos,

$$ owed to pay OSCO and State to recoup cost of investigation (~$150,000? I think....),

ZFG civil trial proceeding forward for $$ damages -- "Early Halloween costume" depo may be released this week,

TES civil trial in early stages for $$ damages,

any $$ FCA receives from an interview/book will be substantially cut into with all of these debts, she better get BIG $$ for something or she will not have much of anything after she pays off her debts.

9 months left on probation, even if it is just an aggravation..
