I think it's important to look at a persons past history, their actions, when judging character. Tim has shown himself to be selfless and only interested in bring the lost home. That he had to become somewhat involved with these people in order to find Haleigh is unfortunate for him. I hope this case and the "other one" don't deter him from his mission in life. I believe there is a special place in heaven for people like Tim Miller.

Those that have discredited Tim (or tried to) have a special place as well, just not so sure it's going to be heaven.

He was not discrediting it.........he was just saying in his opinion........it was not going to lead them to Haleigh. And actually, IIRC Tim was speaking about evidence they had found while searching that day.........not the evidence in the trailer. Shoddy reporting as usual.

Yet this same man, RC, when told by police, FBI, and others that Misty is the KEY to the case and is INCONSISTENT with her stories - he marries and defends her and covers for her.....

I don't think that Ron believed this at all; I think he was just making a wry comment, particularly since he used the $35,000 amount, same as the reward. This scenario makes sense to me because it happened back when Ron & Hank Sr were still talking. To me, this comment is a non-issue.
BUT, what is very telling is 1) that it stuck in Hank Sr's mind and 2) that he showed enough interest in it to have made a phone call to TM under the guise of defending his family. I find this very strange.

I think what TM has done is a good thing! I look at it like this, We (WS) had basically no information to go on and all had our fair share of arguements about our theories. Well, TM came into the picture, and layed out a lot of information out on the table. Which for me atleast, threw out some of my theories. I am very very grateful for that. Otherwise we wouldn't even be discussing it now, and still be arguing over the tiniest little things.

I think everyone here has done a great job, given the info that we had. I think everyone here has only one thing in mind, and that is to bring HC home.

Absolutely. I too think the police are working through TM covertly to push things along in this case. TM has the freedom to say and do certain things that do not fall under the umbrella of LE and their obligations. I tihnk this happens far more often than anyone realizes as there is so much going on behind closed doors. For instance, my father worked for the MPs as a translator in Germany. He was neither in the military nor American so they would often have him take liberties when translating interview/interrogations to see if anyone would slip up.

I would like to say I truely believe TM has demonstrated from the begining that he has been in conflict with LE. YouTube - Haleigh / Items of interest found2
The fact that TM discredits evidence found in the home (4th day) and that was being tested by LE says alot to me.

I love this video. Thanks for posting it. It reminds me and confirms to me the reason they got married. The items of interest LE was referring to could be just that, they were interesting but not something that will help locate Haleigh. They could have found dobbie papers, that would be of interest, but not something to find Haleigh. We do know that they took a video, but will that find her, no. This is what he (TM) is referring too. Not that he doesn't support LE and what they are doing. Oh if anyone runs across a video or a picture of Misty holding a red rose, let us know.

I guess LE has wasted thier time and efforts to solve this case and everyone else that didn't have LE's oppertunity to search the mobile home and gather evidence and have obtained statements from all these players through LE's interviews knows more and can solve this case without LE's investigation.
It is kinda of funny that LE has been consistant in saying that they believe HaLeigh was abducted and that they believe HaLeigh is still alive. What does that say to you?

I agree. I believe Tim Miller is well respected by LE as they have asked him countless times to come in for a search. I think it's great all this is coming out, for me, it seems to be turning up the heat.

I had the same feeling when he said he needed money to do any more searching during the search for Caylee...

TM never "inserts" himself into a case.He only goes if family asks him to.That happened in both cases you refer to.He has done so much good for so many families.You really should find out more about Tim and his organization before you insinuate wrongdoing.His daughter was abducted,murdered and dumped .LE failed to look for her because they assumed she was a runaway.She was found over a year later.
Tim started TES to help other families avoid going through the agony he endured.He has an excellent reputation and a heart as big as Texas.Even after what you implied on this forum,he would still come help you and your family if you needed him.If you have not heard of Tim Miller or his organization before these high profile cases it is because Tim does not seek the spotlight for his work.He seeks the truth.

SS - At least Tim admitted as soon as he could that he never spoke to Ron directly regarding the money comment. He's a good steward of his words generally and like all of us, makes mistakes once in a while. If you can admit to those in short order, you're still in good standing with me. Tim has done far more good than he's done wrong when it comes to looking for the missing. Please be a little more forgiving in his regard for that alone.

I am a big supporter of Tim Miller and TES. In this one instance, I do think Tim was wrong not to talk to either Ronald or his attorney to find out if anything that Hank Sr. said was even true. Tim should know better. To take a man like Hank Sr.'s word for anything after the carp he has pulled already is simply wrong, imo. It would have only taken a minute to ask if Ronald said it and discuss it before he turned it into a whole fiasco. It was not necessary, imo.

I am not trashing Tim Miller as he is one of my heros. However, my heros are not Saints nor are they perfect. Tim would be the first to tell you he is not perfect and does make mistakes. To me, this was one of them and I am allowed to express my opinion. I am just disappointed he took this stance without checking it all out first.

SS, Ron's attorney confirmed that RON told this $35000 story to Hank Croslin Sr.....I guess I don't understand what the problem is anymore. Tim didn't make this up or anything. He BELIEVED that he was doing the right thing...I totally believe this whole check writing thing was with LE's blessing, as well.

None of us know who Tim Miller did or did not talk to before this event played out.
They have to follow up every lead possible, don't they?

Misty has been inconsistent from day one and demonstrates deceit over and over in her statements and LDTs/polys right? Her story is evolving to fit the facts or take the focus off her. MC lacks any credibility.

Now we have RC standing 100% alongside MC, as thick as thieves, despite time and time again MC is shown to be inconsistent and deceitful.

You cannot take the 'Anthony'-like bait and go off searching for 'perps' until you understand a clear timeline and set of events of how Haleigh went from being home playing with people and, leaving MC's care and being gone! You HAVE to focus on MC. Like we needed to focus on KC to find Caylee.

TM is simply responding to their requests for help but in order to search he needs to know where to search. Also, MC with a conscience of guilt wants to clear her name but is just serving to dig herself in deeper and deeper.

TM has Haleigh as his sole priority and loyalty and so he is imply serving as a catalyst to share what he knows, what he is being told, what RC is saying because --- the truth can stand the scrutiny of light being shone on it. Don't shoot the messenger. RC is double talking not TM. Why?

IMHO TM is doing what LE could not given their legal requirements and is bringing this out into the open and calling a spade a spade, showing it for what it is rather than playing into the games and circus.

He also denied it in the first sentence so Natisha could have the second part incorrect of what he followed up with saying. Is there a video of him telling her all of this? I would like to see exactly what he said and in what context. Was it on NG? (I haven't been able to watch it yet.) At least we know that FDLE has the information since it came up at their meeting.

We heard what Tim said about Hank's message and he left out some important parts, imo, when he recounted the message to TJH. He never said that Hank was calling supposedly on behalf of Misty to throw this all back on Ronald. The devil is in the details.
