TN voice mail that TM talked about - the voice mail is a little different from what I understood TM to say was said. Need to go back and listen to TM description of it though

What?! Tim said Misty was making secret phone calls and wouldn't talk to Ronald. I didn't hear anything like that on this message. Maybe it was the wrong message that TJH recorded?

IMHO It is not Tm credibility that is the issue. It is the way he has gone about providing that help. Kinda funny Ron and Misty have a different version of events and they are considered the liars because this Gentleman has more credibility. It sounds as if Ron and Misty have no chance at all to prove their innocence. If all this Ron and Misty hunt had been profitable we would of already had HaLeigh! Oh yea, IMO.

I can respect that point of view.

One of my many troubles with Misty is her defensiveness. To some extent, I have the same trouble with Ron.

You're right. They should be able to prove their innocence in a court of law, should they be charged with something.

As far as TM is concerned, I just don't think he has nothing to gain by lying. As far as money is concerned ... searches are very expensive. If family members of victims become adversarial, I don't blame TM for conserving TE resources by pulling out of searches.

Yes, the TN voice message is definitely not quite the same as what TM stated it was. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but it threw us off a bit.

I don't know if you are going to be able to get her out here tomorrow after she gets out of court, but NG is tearin' her up and she is runnin' scared as she can get. Uhm..she does...will not let Ronald walk out of the room while he's on the phone. He walked outside to smoke a cigarette and the minute that he picked up the phone...she ran out there and told him she needed it. Uhm...I think she is runnin' scared so I think it's time. Yes,it is a credibility thing.Misty's story keeps changing.I look at motive.Who has a motive to lie?
Between this case and Caylee's case we will start to see ALL who wish to help in missing child cases think twice.
The good guys are getting thrown under the bus! Why would anybody subject themselves to that?
God help us all when there are no more Tim Millers around to help.

I have to disagree. To this family, Tim wasn't some Joe Blow off the street. The family had come to know him quite well over the past few months, imo. They looked at him as the man who would bring Haleigh home. The affection and love for him I can well understand as other people have made exactly the same comments about Tim after working with him. I have heard more than one person say, "I love Tim Miller". I am sure they probably told him the same thing to his face.

I would have to know the amount of time that they spent together to go where you are going. There is social space and intimate space and it appears she has jumped the hurdle too soon. Love what he does, yeah...love him...WHOA! Out of bounds.

... or simply more was revealed by TN when they met face-to-face and TM is not delineating what was specifically on the call versus revealed later. Not a biggie. MC was wanting the phone all the time, or scared of what RC was discussing.

TN says "It's definitely time" so does that mean they have had conversations before this call about when it is time to do this search? Misty is running scared, and afraid Ron is talking on the phone to someone about her? TN also says, "I don't know if we can get her out there?". Was this about the search or going to take those tests? Sounds like a place to me, IDK. At any rate it sounds like they have been setting this up for a while. JMO

SS, Ron's attorney confirmed that RON told this $35000 story to Hank Croslin Sr.....I guess I don't understand what the problem is anymore. Tim didn't make this up or anything. He BELIEVED that he was doing the right thing...I totally believe this whole check writing thing was with LE's blessing, as well.

None of us know who Tim Miller did or did not talk to before this event played out.
They have to follow up every lead possible, don't they?

JMO, here but Tim is human and he was being blasted by the Cummings because Misty failed her tests and it became public knowledge. Tim finally got pi**ed. I don't blame him. He was pulled into the fray to help find Haleigh, in any way he could, period. He had every right to be indignant and to show his frustration at this circus. It is not his job to make the Cummings try to look good. The only thing I really, really wish that Tim had done is to have required all the Cummings to submit to the tests prior to organizing a search for Haleigh. All of them need to do this. If they have nothing to hide, they would have done the tests and flaunted the results in everyone's faces. The fact that they were pushing Misty into taking the test (or have two days to live per GGMS) and they themselves did not take the tests themselves says alot about them, IMO. Tim has every right to be tired of the games being played by the Cummings and the Croslins. I support Tim 100% but I hope that I never need his services. At least Nejame and Tim seem to have started the ball rolling in the right direction.
