Yes, thats the exact interview, the one where he gets home and Terri's on laptop, he kissed baby K, grabbed something to eat, and went to work in his home office for a little while...

The minute I saw DS pic late last nite on a news site, I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT her and Terri had used DS as a Terri decoy at some point... And then tonite when this tidbit about Terri and the gym came out I thought "Bingo" this could be where DS was used as a decoy and to go even a step further with that thought, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't I read that Terri actually went to a different gym location rather than their usual The Edge Gym, if thats the case I would think they chose a gym where Terri was not so well known therefor DS could easily pass for Terri, and gym employees and members if asked would state that yes, they saw a red head, early 40s, x amt of weight&height, and had a little red headed toddler that she brought with her... That would definitely make sense to me and sounds very much plausible...

But if I'm wrong about the different gym and it was at her regular gym The Edge I find the possibility of DS being used as a Terri decoy NOT LIKELY at all, because the staff and members would know Terri pretty well(not necessarily personally know her, but definitely recognize her)...

Anyone know off hand which gym it was that Terri's alibi says that she went to on June 4th???

So, it could be possible that was the reason for visiting a different gym, so that DS could easily be passed of as Terri...

I'll say again, THIS COULD BE POSSIBLE WHY...

Maybe she frequented the Beaverton gym, too. Tho, I dont recall that ever being mentioned and The Edge owner said that was the gym that KH and TMH regularly frequented, and more important than the owners statement is that the court doc(the RO) would have stated that 24 fitness for her to restricted from , if it was a gym that was regularly used by them, yet we know the RO only states The Edge...

HMMmmm... That really makes me think this is a possibility.. Anyone else see this as a REAL possibility?

The RO petition lists the 24-hour fitness as a place that TH is likely to be between the hours of 11 am and 2 pm (p. 16) fwiw....

I'd also be interested to know the gym's sick child policy.
If the ear ache is so bad she has to drive around for 90 minutes to soothe the baby (which I've said I feel is plausible having done it myself) then surely the baby was too sick to be in the gym's child watch. My gym has requirements of no fever, no runny nose and if the kids are generally ill, please do not bring them. My 1st child was an "ear infection " child until he got tubes and there were many many days we couldn't go workout because of his "ear aches".

So yea.... I'm gonna go with the timeline setting off my BS alarms.

Your above post brought a question to mind...

Where I live there are gyms that once joined and have your membership card(ours is actually a key ring thingy thats made of hard plastic&about size of a silver dollar&its used to just scan over the pad at the door that then opens the door)but my point is that once joined to that specific gym I am also allowed to frequent several other gym locations and they are all not the same name, but your membership allows to use any of them. Im assuming they're all owned by same corp tho just have different names(i.e. ATC Fitness, 24hour Fitness, Fitness24)...

Am wondering if this is the case there in Portland?
Or did she just have multiple gym memberships?

LE has claimed debit card purchases put her at a different place than where TH said she was. So is this info reported today per TH? If so, it's all wrong according to LE. I just can't get past the hour and half that DD was not accounted for and TH just happens to be at the gym at the same time. I have to wonder if DD wasn't at the gym and a debit card for gas was purchased at the same time by TH.

The upside is that if DD was not reachable on her cell phone, it probably still had a battery in it. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it. I'd love to see those cell pings. Most people really don't know how cell pings work.

No, not that I'm aware of. i was just basing my possibility on the fact that The Edge was their known gym per The Edge gym saying they were very much regulars, then the video clip of TMH and KH leaving from The Edge the day they refused questions and hopped in Terri's mustang, it also being the gym where the so called planning of an abduction baby K by Terri took place, and the huge donation drive for search&rescue was also arranged and took place at The Edge... Those are a few of the reasons that I assumed that The Edge was probably their "regular" gym

Suzi, not only bank records (debit more than likely I agree) but also ping records. (all from a source that said "investigators say").

While Terri Horman has said she was in certain locations, investigators have placed her elsewhere using bank card records and cell phone pings, according to sources.

Also, in the article above they talk about the "someone else may be involved" theory that has been discussed here.

Suzi, you've said this before, and I remember from the Caylee case and the Haleigh case (and a few others) that a phone will ping unless it's powered all the way off. I don't think that TMH turned her phone off, if she did that in of itself would be a red flag if she showed usage that doing so was an unusual act. KWIM? (of course you have the whole GPS technology that I still don't understand lol). JMHO and stuff

Driving about on rural roads to soothe a sick baby to sleep doesn't make sense to me because I wouldn't choose rural roads to do so. Rural roads may be soothing for the mother but for the baby, I would choose a highway or a bigger road that is smoothly paved, straight, and has the right of way most of the time so we don't have to stop and wait. All of my babies easily fell asleep in the car but they had a tendency to wake up if I had to stop or slow down abruptly in the traffic lights, in curves or in crossroads.

I could not agree MORE and we KNOW per all the body buildings photos what Terri looks like when she IS REALLY WORKING OUT like a maniac as she has recently been "claiming" that she's doing...
Thats exactly why I found what surrogatemom posted below to be what I wish would happen for us to REALLY SEE...

My thought on this was utilizing a swimming pool that one of TH's cohorts had access to. We are going swimming would be great fun for a child so no problem getting him in the pool and then possible disposal in the water (Sauvie Island) would account for water in the lungs, etc....undetermined cause of death. Just IMO of course.

I think the forensics would be able to detect pool chemicals and find out if someone drowned in pool water or fresh water.

This might be where DDS comes in if she was babysitting baby K or even driving her around town while Terri worked out but I doubt it because I don't really see why they couldn't have said so if it was as innocent as that.

Hi Kat! The statement where Kaine states this is in the same interview that he says "kissed K*****(baby K), grabbed something to eat, and went to do some work in the home office"
(dont have the link at this very moment) but FWIW the reporter asks about what Terri had on? did she have same thing on as she had on that morning when Kaine had last seen her before he left for work.. he doesn't fully answer about whether it was same outfit as when he'd left for work but does say that she still had her gym clothes on because she said she had gone to the gym earlier in the day.... Hope that helps you any with what you were looking for..

No, I was in the office that day until about 1:45 and arrived back home a little after 2pm. Terri was already in the house, on her laptop, when I arrived. I kissed (baby)K, grabbed some food, and worked from my home office until about 3:30 at which time I put shoes on (baby)K and we started walking down toward the bus stop.

I took out baby K's name.

I found this only. Do you remember if he was speaking or it was written? I can't find it written but I will go through interviews tomorrow if it was him speaking. TIA.

Okay, it's after 2 a.m. and I just finished reading all 12 pages of this thread and my brain is spinning so there's no way I can sleep and not have crazy dreams about all this. (Like I haven't been having crazy dreams about all this since June 4th.)

Thoughts about TH's story about her workout:

*I, too, had thought it was The Edge 24 Hour Fitness facility that both TH and KH usually worked out at, however, the last few posts about this seemed to indicate that the Waterhouse 24 Hour Fitness facility in Beaverton is one that TH did use regularly. I don't know why I hadn't read about that location previously because I just devour all the WS posts I can daily, but this was new to me.

I still like post #282 by SmoothOperator as a really viable way DDS could have been involved although the theory might need to be tweaked a bit to fit the fast and furious new "facts" we keep getting.

I wonder about security camera locations at the gym and the check in/check out procedures.

I wonder if it would be possible for someone to check in and then actually be able to leave (maybe a different door?) and then get back in so that it would seem like they had been at the gym for a full workout -- say from 11:39 a.m. until 12:40 p.m.?

I wonder about our assumption that Baby K was even AT the gym with TH that day. I don't think we know that. I'm sure the gym knows, LE knows, KH has been able to find out, etc.

I'm still pondering a halfway coherent timeline theory based on the new info. We still don't know which parts are fact and which parts are still based on TH's reports to others who may have reported them in good faith -- and yet the "facts" are not based in any reality any of us want inhabit.

So, I'm going away now to think and ponder and then write some more...

Yes it was one of the interviews of DY and KH(one of the more recent ones 7-10days ago Id say)DY and KH are sitting down in this one, just with one on one with reporter(I guess thatd be called 2 on 1) I'll look and see if I can find it..
