Tina was last seen at home in Felton, Delaware at 9:00 am on February 3, 1979. She walked away from home after helping to hang the laundry outside and has never been heard from again. She disappeared one day before a huge snowstorm hit the area. Although she had run away on two previous occasions, foul play is suspected.
