AMBER ALERT TN - Autistic teen Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers, 15, missing in Hendersonville - Feb 27, 2024 #3

  • #721
I read the PI's affidavit and agree with his stance completely. This injunction filing is a waste of time and effort that should be spent looking for this child, not about seeking publicity.
The whole thing is a disgusting sham. As we’ve all said many times. Sebastian is not and has not, been the focus for a very long time. The crappy adults in his life ….

Poor Sebastian, I can’t say for certain what happened to him, but I don’t think he’s ever coming back home alive.

Popped on to say I was thinking of this poor missing boy. Hoping he is found :(

  • #723
I had such high hopes Sebastian would be found, alive and hiding, in the first days JMO, MOO. Thinking of you, Sebastian.

Nearly nine months since Sebastian Rogers was last seen in Hendersonville, his father Seth says he has never given up looking for him.

*****
While Seth hasn’t given up hope, he feels others have now treated his son’s case as a lesser priority.

“They [Investigators] haven’t come back and told anyone anything since April,” Rogers said. “And them actually speaking with me, they’d actually have to answer their phone.”

*****
WSMV has reached out to both the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for an update on where the investigation stands, but have not received an answer at this time.

I see a great deal of irony in the statements made by Seth. But I'm too weary of his carp to really care to fully comment.
Dog increased the reward to $175k last week, that's good news. But I've yet to see a reward actually net results in a high profile missing persons case.

“I refuse to let my son be discarded like trash,” (Seth) - interesting choice of words.

His feelings are hurt because LE isn't sharing investigative details or answering his calls ...

“Our investigation has uncovered credible intelligence suggesting key connections in Oregon neighboring states. We are actively pursuing these leads across multiple states and regions of interest,” the intelligence group said in a post on X.

The group also claimed that they are looking at potential access points near the Canadian border, and have notified proper authorities with urgency.

AtNight Intelligence told The Post in a statement they are looking ahead to 2025 and have notified President-elect Donald Trump’s team about the case.

“We can confirm that important discussions regarding the disappearance of 15-year-old Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers have been held with members of former President Donald J. Trump’s team. The incoming administration has indicated plans to allocate significant federal resources to this case, with increased support anticipated to begin in February,” a spokesperson for AtNight Intelligence told The Post.

Not that I wouldn't love Trump to allocate "significant federal resources" to help find Sebastian, but why would he do that? What about all the thousands of other missing kids across the US? Has anyone heard of this group?

None of that makes any sense. Aside from the obvious reasons you cited, does this 15 year old know government secrets or something? It is highly doubtful that he was kidnapped by any trafficking or organized kidnapper ring. What would be the motive? He is older and has extra challenges that would not appeal to such people. Perhaps the reason police no longer communicate with Seth is because of the circus he turned this into? Both sets of parents made it about them and not about Sebastian in my opinion. Then he threw out a bunch of cease and desist threats and now complains that people don't talk about Sebastian anymore? I feel so bad for Sebastian for all the things and people he had to deal with in his life.

It's like Sebastian is lost in his own story of his disappearance, it makes me wonder if that was the same set up in his day to day life...jmo.

The chances of poor Sebastian still being alive are virtually zero at this point IMO.

Although I know it happens: Elizabeth Smart, Jaycee Dugard, Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry, and Gina DeJesus.

But...I can't think of a case where it happened with a male victim.

Here's 2 from Missouri. I would think there is a thread here, not sure. Experts: Mo. boy was controlled by his captor

I'm still hoping he is a runaway, even if not realistic at this point.

I've read it thrice and am still confused as heck by this article. Of course it features Dog the Bounty Hunter so I am not sure why I am surprised it is full of self aggrandization and little else of value. Sure why not - I will sit here holding my breathe while he brings the full weight of the oval office to bear to solve this missing teen case

MOO I lost brain cells trying to read that mess.

It’s the new breakthroughs that I’m trying to figure out; they uncovered credible intelligence suggesting key connections in Oregon neighboring states & potential access points near the Canadian border, and have notified proper authorities with urgency.
Maybe if they offered some dressing to go with the word salad it might make more sense, but probably not. Can you imagine if they put this information on a map, what it would look like? Similar to some coloring pages Zach (2.5) has given me, most likely.

I know there are still a few searchers in TN looking for Sebastian. I would love for the parents to put a request in to TES.

This case is so puzzling. I keep changing my mind about who many know something. I truly hope we get answers.
He did not just disappear.
