antioch is a part of Nashville, TN. it's about 40 miles nw of china's home. the receipt was in the bag. items were purchased the day of her disappearance. the sheriff's dept. tried to retrieve surveillance video from the gas station, where China bought gas, (across the street from the grocery store), but the tape had been recorded over and was irretrievable. i have to wonder if someone she worked with at Bi-Lo followed her to the gas station, or maybe she encountered someone at the gas station. i just feel like it had to have been a high school peer, someone she worked with or was a frequent customer. at the time there were only two mainstream public high schools in town, (Riverdale and Oakland) and one high school for troubled kids, (Holloway), also two private schools, FRCS and MTCS.

I just wondered if these managers were people if interest why they never fully named them. I would have liked to have been able to dig into them and search but you can’t do much with Chris and TJ. From a store that is no longer there. Thats frustrating. Why mention it at all if they aren’t helpful.

Det. Steve Craig says, she was a normal 16-year-old girl. She had a job. She was working to pay for a car that she bought for herself. She lived at home with her mother and her sister.

But that all changed on October 19, 1999. She had stopped at the grocery store. She had gotten some groceries and she was on her way to go back and see the two people at the apartment, Chris and TJ. And nobodys seen or heard from her since.

They say Chris and TJ are persons of interest. TJ is now living in Goose Creek.

Usually POI’s they give full names of people over 18. I highly doubt managers were under 18. Who are these guys.. what did they do and what are they doing now. Have they hurt others and what did they threaten her with? I believe they were scaring her somehow with her comment she made to her mom. She was roped into something and I would wager they may not know but people that worked with them all know something.

Chris was supposedly China's boyfriend and TJ was Chris' best friend.

But who ARE they?
