Happened between 11-12 Oclock if TOD was 1:45AM.

Stomach contents no food, just creamy residue. Indicates no meal in last 5-6 hours before death. No last meal around 12:30am.

TOD consistent with early morning hours of Sunday.

Leather belt was wrapped twice around ankles. Under that was floral fabric residue partially burned. Plant material consistent from area body found. Alot of dirt on bottom of feet. Indicates he walked without shoes.

The amount of injuries, all the complexity, ties and damage, hard to imagine one person did this in a short period time.

No pants when set on fire. Partial remains of underwear.

No sock, jeans or shoes when he was set on fire.

No defensive injuries on either victim. Says victims were outnumbered and overwhelmed. They can look under charred skin and see bruising.

I can't help but feel that not only were they overwhelmed and outnumbered, but it's possible they thought if they were compliant then they would eventually be set free. How many of us have heard that if someone is trying to rob you or steal your car, you should give the car/money up so it's less likely that you'll be injured.

Prosecution has brought a maniquin(sp) in. It startled me!

The lady that completed the autopsy looked as if she had tears after speaking she took her glasses off and wiped under each of her eyes. I remember the judge saying yesterday depending on the amount of theft the value is how long you could get time for, channons car was valued at 25,000 when sold. These are monsters my heart breaks for all the pain channon and newsom endured, he suffered terribly before he passed I have to leave soon so please keep taking notes.

Anyone that can type their courtroom observations of Witnesses, Cobbins etc would be greatly appreciated!

That is true, I think they channon and newsom probably thought that they would be okay if they were compliant, I remember watching a show saying if you were about to be abducted to take your keys and throw them as far away from you gives you time to get away, and distracts the abductor.

Crime is complex involving more than one person is because of all the ligatures, injuries, anal penetration, etc. it's hard to imagine that Newsom went through all of this and no defensive wounds without having more than one person overpower him.

Mr Newsom was dead when he was set on fire. Defense wants to clarify ME opinion is different than evidence.
