yes he does, Sutton should be charged by the state, as should Boyd with murder and any other crimes they now have evidence of,

we shall see what happens after this trial is over

A few years ago, I was foreman of a jury that heard a lengthy drug trafficking case with a number of defendants in federal court. We didn't see the actual indictment until after we had listened to 3 weeks of testimony. The indictment and its legalese were confusing to a number of jurors and made our job tougher.

After verdict, we shared our experience with the prosecution. They had presented a fairly clear case, but the written indictment really muddied things up for some people.

Sounds like something similar is happening with these jurors.

I think they should get there in the end,

Thanks for all the updates Joe. The jury is taking this very seriously it seems.

This case makes me so sad, scared, mad, etc. It has kept me up at night. I feel so sorry for what this young couple had to endure the last moments of their lives. Nothing could be scarier than this situation. The gory details of this shows what monsters these people are. If this was a white on black crime this would be all over the news with all sorts backing for these scumbags.

I hope these monsters get what they deserve here on earth and know they will get what they deserve in hell.

I thought they had a strong case, they have now got on record evidence he was more involved that was originally known, so now it is up to the state to lay charges against him and others whose involvement was revealed,

they had him tied to the crime and knowledge of it from when he was first picked up, as in his haste to try to divert attention from any involvement in the murder he gave up Davidson, and revealed too much,

does Tennessee have capital punishment??? Today's Supreme Court decision has cleared the way to proceed with executions. My support of the Death Penalty varies- but if any case deserves that penalty this one does for the other defendants!!!

I am almost 100% certain that it does.

This is the sickest case I have ever read. What a sick, sick bunch of animals. Will this guy only get 22 years for his part? I hope further charges are brought against him. Execution would be too good for this entire lot of losers. I could only wish that they were tortured and murdered in the exact same way that their victims were.

All four should be put down now. I'm sure the state has better things to do with the taxpayers money then waste it on such sick wastes of space. It is unthinkable what these so called people did to those poor kids!

:furious:

The Supreme Court has cleared the way for states to resume using this!

I am crying after reading how Channon died. It's a damn shame that this case isn't being covered nationally. The victims deserve better.
