wonder if that is Daphne's normal appearance? She looks like a catholic school girl. If she hung with this crowd I bet she a different look outside of court.

The ring she described, two hands holding a heart, is that the one that was shown to Channon's mother? If so, she said it wasn't Channon's ring. Wonder who he stole that from?

So it appears that Channon was in the trashcan when Daphne was there. She testified that it was usually not there. I wonder when Davidson said he needed 30 minutes before Daphne came over if that's when Channon went into the trashcan.

Did anyone else notice (and I apologize if I missed it in previous posts) that in the taped phone convo's between Daphne and LD that they were talking of her being pregnant and he asked her if she was going to still have the baby? Does anyone know if she did in fact have that baby??

ps - Daphne does have a myspace, that you can google, I'm not gonna post the link b/c I don't think I can as she's not an accused!! But this is her "normal" appearance these days I think!

According to her myspace she's 23 and has three kids. The last one was born in February. I hope it's okay to post that.

Daphne broke down at the defense stating that Davidson gave her what she now knows is Channon's clothes.

Daphne is upset because it could have been her instead of Channon. The defense asking about DV towards Channon, Daphne giving yes and no answers. Davidson beat her and put a gun to Daphne's head previously.
