Had seen Cobbins and Davidson dec early january. Saw them the weekend of the carjacking. Witness was leaving his apartment and saw Davidson approaching Freemans building. Cobbins was in the car in the drivers seat. Witness nodded at them.

Cobbins gave witness a bad vibe, defense objection.

Cobbins didn't appear to be scared of Davidson.

He witnessed Childress took DNA samples at the end of the interview. Used a kit.

Cobbins said he left with Davidson and E to meet with some girl and Davidson and E suddenly jumped out of the car and carjacked Chris and Channon. Cobbins was told to follow them to the house, etc. Cobbins denied having sex with the girl.

SuziQ, I apologize if I got this wrong, but I thought Daphne said that Davidson was wearing Chris' shoes. She didn't say Chris' shoes but she described shoes that belonged to Chris.

I mean, it's not out of the realm that Davidson had them on that day and Cobbin's took them later. I just wanted to make sure I had that right.

As long as I'm here by myself I'm going to leave it turned up. I enjoy hearing him cry, especially if it's real. I hope he felt at least some of the fear that Chris and Channon felt.
