What happened was the defense threw in the detectives face that he told Cobbins that he thought he was finally telling the truth.

The Pros on recross asking his opinion on whether he thought Cobbins was really truthful.

In the you-go-girl department, TK just scored punch by getting Still to say he thinks Cobbins is killer

Fitzgerald and Green fighting. Judge calls them up to bench for a cool down but TK is gesturing madly!

Describing seeing burned body. Called ME in. Face was wrapped in burned sweatshirt.

Talked to people in area went back to PD to identify body. ID because Chris and Channons families reported them missing that night. He went down to the ME's office.

Another detective at the ME the next day said he knew Chris.

Blindfold removed gag removed from mouth and that detective ID'd Chris. Then made notification to Chris' parents.

Then started looking for Channon. This was Childress first case as lead on homicide.

Search and rescue activated, conducted search area of the RR tracks.

Then went to spoke to Channon's friends.

Tues am received fingerprint ID'd from 4 runner that had been recovered.

Then pulled pics and reports on who print belonged to Davidson. Got Chipman address.

Began preparing search warrant. Executed that day 1:40 pm.

Backed off and got another search warrant reintered that night because signature missing. Reintered 8pm that evening.

Ten minute break then work till noon? It's almost noon.
