Coleman's testimony did say Channon was drug across the floor into the living room. Defense asked ME if being drug could have caused the abrasions on back. ME said yes.

Yeah, I noticed Cobbins hairdo is looking rather ragged, not the perky little pigtails he was wearing first day.

No trauma or bruising to the brain. Could have caused her to go unconcious. But didn't kill her.

Ugh, defense trying to make the point she was unconcious when put into the trashcan. Gee, I guess that is a bit more humane.

Previously ME stated she probably was unconcious when she was put into the trash can. Talk about grasping at straws to make your client look better.

Reason ME thinks this is that there is no sign of Channon trying to get out of the trash can.

ME is very good and sticking to more than one person.

Channon was tall, ME doesn't think one person could have crammed her into that trashcan.

For no signs of resistance, sequence of events etc. points to more than one person. People who fight back show injuries.

He's trying to wear her down asking same thing over and over. Why doesn't prosecution object to same question repeatedly.

Defense keeps painting his client as some little weekling and Davidson big bad dude. IMO, Cobbins looks like a big enough dude to me.

Defense pointing out Channon's hurting and weak, may not have been able to fight back against a single person.

Even if she passed out tho wouldn't have lasted long: ME

Channon had bruising on inside of head suggesting head bashed into "stationary object"

Defense saying ME can't say that Cobbins had anything to do with Newsom's injuries.

Prosecution objection.

Cobbins DNA obtained from from Channon, so he was involved somehow.

Presence of Cobbins DNA does not prove he caused death.

ME says use power of deduction he was there.

She was placed in bags before trashcan while alive.

objections. judge says to ME say yes or no, don't have to elaborate.
