I don't know what happened with Boyd's first trial, what came out, and I have NOT seen all of the testimony in this trial, but there hasn't appeared to be as much about what happened to Chris or who might have been involved spelled out as much as what happened to Channon. Some of the perps seemed to accuse Boyd of Newsome. If that was they case, why didn't the Feds charge Boyd with murder in the first trial? Will the state charge him now? The prosecution seems ready to imply that Cobbins is responsible in some way, but is there a direct link?
