At the least, Cobbins was there when the kids were hi-jacked. Cobbins followed the carjackers back into the residence and went with them and the victims.

Judge says Cobbins aknowledges he doesn't get help and in fact rides around in the 4 runner later. Even if you believe his account, clearly he hasn't removed himself from the situation when it's apparent what's happened.

Is Jury job to make the decision here. Charge goes to the jury.

Oh geez, Cobbins raped Channon orally, but there just is no evidence (says Green) that he participated in any other 'penetrations.' Green is fishing for what the prosecution is going to say in closing argument (without actually saying that's what he's doing.) Proseuction isn't really giving it up. Judge isn't really pushing that.

Cobbins plead guilty to oral rape. Defense says state hasn't proved that Cobbins participated in other rapes. Says in fact evidence show's Cobbins didn't commit other rapes.

Cobbins was quite the 'facilitator' wasn't he? Faciltating theft. Facilitating murder. Probably facilitating other 'penetrations.' Green says Davidson was in charge. All the others were just 'good germans' who just went along to get along. (Actually, Green didn't say the good german thing....I did.)
