I'm not sure. If I were TK, I might cut my losses and just sit down. I think I'd just ask her about George again and leave it at that.

lol This is the first really interesting thing that's happened in this trial.

I'm glad TK's getting the opportunity to put this whole thing to rest. Now her buddy Slim isn't on trial, Ethyl seems be finally admitting she really didn't know it was Chris & Channon.

MO, only my opinion. She told the truth in the first trial and in this one because she doesn't really know Cobbins or George and doesn't care about them, but she "remembered" seeing Channon and Chris after they were probably dead to try to help out her buddy, Davidson.

I think in closing arguments, TK may hint that Ethyl fibbed a bit about seeing them at the gas station to help Slim. But she has always been consistant about G.

Me too! Hope it doesn't really screw up the prosecution but I love that Ethel's being pushed around a little for her "remembrance" in the Davidson trial.
