the constant "nomsayin" is clearly nerves, he knows he has to say something, but can't think of anything that isn't incriminating. so thats all he can manage to get out of his mouth. He isnt even capable of putting together a basic version of facts. His story is completely nonsensical. I think a juror could easily believe he is neck deep in this. If he didnt want to be a part of this little gang, why didnt he leave with STacy?

Only someone that knew what happened to him would make such a point of "not knowing anything".

This is where the medical examiners testimony will be even more importatant. She said Chris's anal injuries were 1 hour before his death didnt she? Well, the certainly didnt do that out on teh railroad tracks and stand around for an hour or so, and they didnt do it in the SUV. Obviously was in the house. So george saying Chris wasnt there, is clearly a lie. Jury can easily presume he participated.

You guys so rock! I have it on and can't make a thing out...but I seem to hear all the Nomsayn's (Kiki, I hope I got that right!). I, for one, can not wait till this transcript is posted and we can read it...between the nomsayn's I think he might actually be giving little snippets of the truth. Actually the part about Rome driving E's car fits with what Rome claimed, that they approached the car and E and Slim got out with Rome following them back to Chipman.

then, not sure if slim came back.. crosstalk... asked if a short, bald, black dude called E (Boyd) showed up..
