Lord it just never gets any easier to hear these SICKENING facts. If I were TK I would have PTSD from this case by now, it's just as evil and disgusting and I'm more outraged than the first time I heard of this case since learning the gruesome details of these nightmarish events. :furious:

They usually put up the videos of the closing arguments in the evening,for those who miss them. This will be worth a rewatch.

TK saying GT aided his co-defendants by encouraging and condoning their activities... if GT was an "innocent bystander," then why wasn't he killed, raped or robbed... GT encourages when he commends co-defendants on a job well done saying, "That's a nice ride." This constitutes criminal responsibility. "If you find other offenses were natural consequences of crimes for which defendant is found responsible..." TK continues reading aloud essential elements from jury instructions... Reminds jury if GT had no knowledge of the crimes, GT wouldn't have been charged. If he had just been friends, hadn't ridden around in the car etc, GT wouldn't have been charged. But his "presence and companionship w a perp before and after crime" and associating w knowledge and intent to share in the proceeds of etc constitute criminal responsibility. His guilt is not less--not simply a facilitator--equal partner no less guilty than his co-defendants. :thumb:
