TK tying all the loose ends together and giving the jury a cohesive timeline right up to the time Jenkins who was at work, messed up their plans by being where they intended to kill Newsom and mean-mugged him. Prosecution finishes, TK thanks jury. Defense closing begins.

Defense telling jury if you get rid of the "submit to you's," the nearly one-hour prosecution closing could be boiled down to 15 min. Now says he is "submitting to jury" (lol) that case should be determined on the facts alone. W/e, go sit down...

Defense saying GT "tried to get out," but "he is alive today because he took the position none of these events were any of his business...." If he'd played hero, he wouldn't be here either...

That "Thomas may be alive because he took the position it was none of his business" is the whole reason that animal should be locked up. How can you, as a human being, watch the horrors that occured to these two people and DO NOTHING? Darn straight he could have walked to the cops or ANYWHERE and report what was happening. He didn't, end of story. I feel zippo sympathy for this jerk there Mr. Dillard, so that aint working. Sorry, end of rant.

Sometimes I think this is the same picture for him the whole trial...he never seems to change his expression ever :banghead:

To be criminally responsible, defendant must in some way associate himself w the venture, has to act w knowledge that an offense is to be committed and to share in the criminal intent. Dillard saying as GT told detectives, he was present but never condoned nor a part of their plan...

Radio was in bathroom later when found, but no testimony saying where it was Sat. nite. Jenkins actually couldn't id GT personally as fourth person in vehicle, couldn't do more than say four silhouettes...

Dillard saying GT only rode around in that "nice ride" cause he was so desperate to get away from the house, omg now defense is getting desperate...

OOO darn I am having the anxiety attack again, I am not feeling good about this. TK was wonderful, but I don't feel like they have proof. In the laws eyes it don't see him guilty don't matter if he was there, seen it and didn't help it don't make him guilty of the crime............LAWS NEED CHANGED.

Running to post office right back.........ooo yeah Hello everyone. lol

Dillard thanking jury for their patient deliberation, emphasizing the serious nature of the crimes (lest they think defense suggesting otherwise) and closes.

He's shoveling it a little thick with all the "You have to prove this defendent and no one else committed this crime" jedi wave... Especially when he said it then followed with, "We know who committed it, because they've already been sentenced."

He lets his hand show too blatantly, the subliminal effect doesn't work.
