VC most certainly reaped benefits from the crime. The items in the purse, shoes etc. Can you imagine wearing a girl's shoes that you helped to torture & murder? Or using her perfume etc.? That seems very cold hearted to me. Hope it does to the jury too.

It takes a very cold, evil person to be able to cook and eat meals, play video games, sleep and inbetween help rape and murder two innocent young people. Then as an added benefit, you get to keep little gifts taken from the victims.
