Responded to Natasha Hays house and confiscated gun that was found under bed.

Contacted ATF to let them know he had gun. Agent Wagner, ATF, took the gun into his custody.

He physically ID gun.

She examined the two revolvers and rifle.

Bullets from Chris did not come from rifle.

IDing carbine rifle they found.. says it was in good, working condition

Bullets from Chris too damaged etc, to match to revolvers, but was from a 22. Silver gun broken, could fire, but not quickly to match witness hearing pop pop pop. This leaves only Davidson's gun as a possible murder weapon.

Also, implication that gun could have been abused to change characteristics.

In one of the trials didnt they rope off the square footage of the house in the courtroom to show the jury how small it was? That would be key in this trial to show that NO WAY that VC didn't hear anything.
