Witness house wouldn't have allowed him to see Davidson house clearly. But he could see from his from porch cars that would have been there. Addresses skip, witiness says it makes it appear the houses are further apart but they are not.

7:45 am, gate was still locked. Looked back and saw smoke.

Saw smoke from RR track area, little bit of smoke, not extreme amount. Didn't investigate as sometimes there is smoke by the RR tracks.

Oddity - if Chris shot at 1:45 am why is it that smoke from his body being burned not seen till 7:45 am? less than 20 seconds ago

Did not realize body was a body. Thought it was a piece of wood. Second thought it looks like body but can't tell what it is. Looking at distance of 8-9 feet high. As he came on it, could only see thighs on down.

Then he called dispatch and told Boss, stopped train.

Him and his conductor to double check what they thought they saw. He only got 30-40 feet, it was a body and he called his boss.
