Was unable to collect rent in December on first try. Went back got it.

January 7th, Davidson didn't have rent money. Told him to come back later.

I think defense objected to prosecution asking what was procedure if house was abandoned.

If he had found the house abandoned and no rent paid. Would have gone in, contaced owner and cleaned house.

Defense recross. Didn't know house was vacant. Would of had to go through eviction process.
